I actually think the idea of nipple confusion is wildly exagerrated and do not think women who use bottles 'give their babies permanent nipple confusion'.

tiktok, there is nothing that is trueth about it...shocking, and in a newspaper, not that we care assuch, but well, tehre is an audience that is ebing completely misled...you are one of the most knowledgable bfc's I have ever come across, always taking the time to do a proper assesment before giving out appropriate adivce..

macneil, I just read that, and I am truely shocked...Tiktok has never been anything but nice to you, always reassuring yoiu that your experience was because of bad information by the people you were meant to trust and rely on, and this is how you repay it?

Macneil - I struggled to bf. I got really angry and upset about it. I got angry with people on tv/internet etc 'harping on about it' - BUT this was just anger at myself not them. BUT I realise this and didn't feel the need to slag them off publicly for it (and even worse then be too weakwilled to admit to it properly - I didn't mean you tiktok - just made up the name - boll**s). In all my time on mumsnet and other forums. Tiktok has so much knowledge and experience yet she judged me the least for my issues and actually ventured to give me some answers and assuage a little of the guilt.
Tiktok - you keep doin what you do best.

You're looking quite natty in your forum police outfit there, littlelapin! I know people are upset and angry, I'm just not sure why. macneil made an off the cuff remark on another forum about someone who posts here. She probably didn't think twice about it at the time. It's not like she printed out millions of leaflets with "tiktok is the anti-christ" on them and chucked them out of hot air balloons.
