This is #2 for me too, but just as scared and excited as the 1st time.. DD is 2 in 2 weeks

Congrats Hope88. I remember when I got my BFP with my ds (16 months) I didn't know what to do with myself, thought I would feel better 2nd time round, but nope!!!!!

It does feel a bit weird because we have been talking about having a baby for so long that now when it actually happened it seems really strange. Also I'm not sick or anything so it's quite difficult to believe the BFP is for real. Maybe I am just dreaming

Not dreaming at all, if the test says yes, then you are... you wish for symptoms so you feel pregnant and then you wish you had no symptoms. The first few weeks are hard to get your head round.

hi everyone..am new here..feel a bit like a dream to come onto this thread.
do slap me if u wish cos' i am still in shock after getting a BFP today and the word 'PREGNANT 2-3' on a digital test and i still couldnt believe it ..
will try to come on more often from next wk onwards as travelling for a wk to US tmr.

Can't believe there's a new August thread already! I had my dd in August this year (she's brilliant and I love her to bits) and can't believe it's been a whole year since I fell pregnant! Just wanted to wish you all the best for your pregnancies and to remind you to enjoy the peace and quiet while it lasts! xx

oooh another gatecrasher here! Ds2 was born Aug 1st.

I must say, the ladies I met on the due Aug 08 thread were lovely and it was so nice to be pg with them.

Hi everyone. The sickness has kicked in this afternoon while shopping. It was ctually pleased.

So excited about my sickness that I didn't write my previous message right. I meant I was actually pleased.

hope88 - I am also starting to feel sick, I had no sickness with my ds so am not sure if this is good or bad!

I bet if we read these posts back we will laugh at being excited about feeling sick

got my BFP on friday, was our first try for a third i have 2 ds's.
I was unsure if I should join july or August as due date is the 1st

but since a few of you are due 1st and 2nd too, I might stick with you all.
Nice to be at the start of the month isn't it? less wait for us

Welcome uki . Australia-how lovely,beats our snowy freezing cold weather we have today! I have a DS aged 3.1 and this will be #4 pregnancy as prior to DS had a mmc and mc,so fingers crossed for this little one.

Hello, can't quite believe I'm writing this, but can I join too? Got my BFP last night and tested again to be sure today....same result. Due on the 2nd August. Have one DS who will be 3 in 4 days. Came of Depo in May and have been half heartedly trying since then, but had completely discounted this month as I thought I had O'd when I was away from DH. Seems the little blighters can hang around longer than I thought. Totally delighted, but in shock too. Congrats to all the others. Also trying not to count my chickens as had a MMC before DS. Difficult not to get excited though!

No symptoms as of yet, but im sure it wont take long to kick in!!

Thank you gemdangracie, think I have calmed down a bit since yesterday, and starting to feel sick........ I keep thinking I am imagining symptoms, like wishing I was pregnant and not really being IYKWIM. Its so surreal
