Are we here now? Had a really busy couple of days - our boiler is being weird (constantly firing up to heat water/turn on the heating 🥵 even when water is not in use or thermostat doesn’t require heating) so got someone coming to look at that today! Never ends. I’m also panicking about school uniform for little one who starts nursery in our primary school in September, decorating his new “big boys bedroom” so this poor baby is a bit forgotten about. I had a lovely list of things I wanted to buy that I’m pretty sure my husband has thrown out 🙄
I finished work for summer Friday 🎉 - only 2 weeks of work in August before my maternity leave starts, which is quite scary. Husband is on annual leave for the next 3 weeks (ish), so hoping to get lots done then!

Hope everyone’s had a nice weekend, and the weather’s been kind!

Hello all

mypethip · 05/07/2020 15:31

Anyone else starting to feel really tired again now? 31 weeks here and pretty sapped of energy. Trying to get out for a short walk each day and not managing a lot else!

Lazydaisydaydream · 05/07/2020 16:03

@mypethip I've been working today and literally had to keep Getting up and walking around the room as otherwise I was going to be asleep on the laptop! 31 weeks and feel exhausted even though my OH has taken over all night wakings so I'm getting solid nights sleep for the first time in two years!

Bubble29 · 05/07/2020 16:35

@mypethip I've just said this to my husband, feels like trimester 1 fatigue! I've had to nap each for the past few days now!

Emmy2020 · 05/07/2020 18:53

🤗

mypethip · 05/07/2020 19:12

@Bubble29 @lazydaisydaydream glad it's not just me! First time for us, difficult to know what's normal sometimes. I've just Hoovered downstairs and now I'm shattered! So weird.

MostlyAmbridgeandcoffee · 05/07/2020 20:34

Hello, yes today did some normal walking around with my toddler and felt absolutely shattered!!! Not just you !

Lilice · 05/07/2020 21:00

Me too knackered, feels like 1st trimester again.

I wonder if anyone has this. Several times during the day I have like a tingling / fizzy feeling on the very top left of my bump, below the boob. It lasts less than a minute. Could that be braxton hicks?

CNovittBolden · 05/07/2020 21:17

Does anyone else have the worst hip pain? No matter how I sit, with however many pillows or a pregnancy pillow, my left hip is just so so sore and painful.

The idea of having another 2 months of this is a nightmare!

ShiningStarz · 05/07/2020 21:26

@Lilice I have a burny stinging feeling under my left boob when I lie for too long on my left side!! How odd!!
Had awful cramp in left leg when I woke this morning, couldn't move and it was unbelievably painful. Going to put a couple pillows under my legs tnite! Feel like an old lady, and yes yes I am
Knackered by 3pm and have to nap for 2 hrs!!

rhia22 · 05/07/2020 21:40

@CNovittBolden Not exactly hip pain but I get so numb on whichever side I lie on to sleep I have to roll over multiple times a night as it gets quite painful !!

And all I can think is that I need to be on my left hahaConfused

I can't sleep on one side all night and go between right and left. Midwife told me as long as I'm comfortable then that's the main thing. It won't do major harm to fall asleep on the right Smile

Laura1348 · 05/07/2020 22:02

@rhia22 I'm the same- side to side all night. Don't feel like I'm ever asleep 😩😩
I get really numb no matter what side.

I'm so tired too- have not felt like this at all through the whole pregnancy. It's really odd.

HugeAgeGap · 05/07/2020 22:55

I'm also flipping side to side and find I end up on my back because both hips so sore and numb!! I'm really panicking about another two months of this!! x

Chanel05 · 06/07/2020 04:29

@CNovittBolden I start off on my left but turn on my right overnight which I find comfortable too! My midwife said that was okay.

Having 4am insomnia every night! Such a stressful evening. DH had a few (a lot) of drinks yesterday and was sound asleep at 8pm. At 8.30 I started getting long pains behind my belly button! Phoned triage and had to go in for monitoring as I had quite a load in a short space of time. All is fine, luckily, just very bad braxton hicks!
