Hi ladies! Picking names, packing hospital bags - third trimester here we come! Smile

I thought I'd start out with the stats this time and I'll post the updated name list in a bit. I've just included the data that I have, since a lot of people are missing bits (or quite possibly I've missed their posts). We come from all over, so I'll put that bit in another post later as well.

Our average age at estimated due date is 33! That should help some of us who are feeling older.

And that's not just because we're all second-timers! In fact, most of us are having our first baby this year.

Baby #1 - 31
Baby #2 - 26
Baby #3 - 9
Baby #4 - 1
Babies 1&2 together! - 1

Fifteen of us are expecting lovely little boys, nineteen of us are expecting darling little girls, and at least sixteen of us are waiting to be surprised!

The average due date is June 13th, and the most popular due date is June 24th. We don't have anyone expecting on the 15th, 23rd, 27th, or 30th as far as I can tell.

And if you happen to have a baby on my birthday (June 16th), your baby will be born on Father's Day this year!

Marking my place 🥰

allfurcoatnoknickers · 21/03/2019 16:43

Thanks! Can't believe we're in our third trimester Shock 28+2 today...

PaulHollywoodsSexGut · 21/03/2019 16:46

I love your stats @kescilly
Love it

imtakingabath · 21/03/2019 17:12

Woo! Thanks @Kescilly :)

I keep getting a burning sensation in the back of my throat, but I think it's just acid reflux. Overall my indigestion is much better though so can't complain too much!

Torsz · 21/03/2019 17:14

Loving the stats - keep em coming! 😃

Bimbabo · 21/03/2019 17:16

@HoneyPea You can use a mop to clean the bath so that your not leaning over. Helpful even if you’ve just got a sore back.

So exciting that we’re almost at the finish line!! Whoop whoop us! xxx

toomanyflatwhites · 21/03/2019 17:48

Great stats @Kescilly, love it!! The Father's Day thing had passed me by, I'm due on 14th (and won't be allowed to go over) so it's perfectly possible we'll hit that day - will need to buy cards in advance I think!!
For those talking babymoons that's definitely not what this trio to France was planned as, it was a last chance to take DD to see her grandparents before I can't fly (unless DP takes her solo, which we have never done...) but day 1 has felt surprisingly like a holiday with pain au chocolat, a nice lunch, ice creams on our afternoon walk, DD playing on the beach, and I even got a little sunburn! It's not quite the trip to Goa for a yoga retreat we took around this stage of my first pregnancy, but I'm not complaining!

fee1234 · 21/03/2019 18:33

Marking my place - thanks @Kescilly for the lovely stats 😄

Bizawit · 21/03/2019 18:35

Aww @kescilly thank you for the lovely stats! 🥰

swiftfox · 21/03/2019 19:04

Thank you for the stats @kescilly
Third trimester and my growth scan yesterday placed my baby bang in the middle of the growth chart. Plus everything else looks good too - my dreaded cervical fibroid send to have disappeared.

But I'm still so constipated. And I'm, err, scared of pushing too much in case amniotic fluid leaks out. Though I'm not sure if that's possible?

Happy babymooning all! France and spas sound lovely!

lstef · 21/03/2019 19:35

@swiftfox - constipation is no fun! I had a tiny bleed on Sunday while doing a poo, freaked out called the advice line and got told to monitor. Thankfully didnt bleed anymore but I'm careful not to strain too much now - I am taking laxatives as I'm chronically constipated even pre-pg so Ive got no chance of doing it naturally without meds while pg. Prunes, linseeds (whole), lots of water, etc can help.

Leg cramps/restless legs at 4am last few days which are agony. ugh. PGP stable again, heartburn calming slightly since yesterday, no idea why, still breathless and anaemic but am being monitored for iron levels and heart rate (currently wired up to a wearable ECG recorder box for 24hrs!). Babies are busy as ever and still in favourable position for vaginal birth. Time is going so fast at the moment eeeeek.

Changingagain · 21/03/2019 19:36

The stats are interesting to see.

HoneyPea dh now has to clear the bathroom and also has to do ds's baths as I can't lean over it.

annihall · 21/03/2019 19:42

Love the stats @Kescilly :) x

KoalasAteMyHomework · 21/03/2019 20:10

Trying to catch up but just marking my place for now!

hexagon01 · 21/03/2019 20:17

Hurray thanks Kescilly, mine is due on Father’s Day/your birthday (day before my own!) but I’ll be shocked if it actually arrives then (not least because of my probable c section, I doubt they do electives on Sundays!).

I really fancy some proper french pain au chocolat now too.

Curlywurly3 · 21/03/2019 21:10

@kescilly I really enjoyed reading up on your stats! Great work! Thanks for starting the new thread x

DinoMamasaurus · 21/03/2019 21:22

Thanks @Kescilly the stats are fab :)

Blondcat · 21/03/2019 21:22

Thanks for the new thread @kescilly. Lovely seeing all the stats.
I am sure on 14th and would be quite nice to have on 16th as that would have been my nana's birthday so great way to remember her.

Heyha · 21/03/2019 22:11

Thanks @kescilly

Daffydillo · 21/03/2019 22:18

Brilliant stats!

27 weeks today and feeling enormous, finding work really hard as I just want to sit down!

WeeBean · 21/03/2019 22:44

Thanks for the new thread and stats @Kescilly!

We got back yesterday from 4 lovely days in Portstewart on the north coast here. It's only up the road but I haven't felt so chilled in months, it's definitely my happy place. Few beach walks and lots of lovely food!

Spent a good chunk of today in the pub drinking alcohol free beer and went to the Northern Ireland football game this evening. Everyone stands rather than sits in the stand I'm in and I'm now so sore from standing/half sitting for 90 minutes! More of the same to come on Sunday too.

27 weeks tomorrow!

HoneyPea · 22/03/2019 06:08

@Kescilly Thanks for the stats, really interesting thought I would be an older FTM with just turning 33 in Feb!

@Bimbabo Good idea I will have to give it a try.

toasterstrudle · 22/03/2019 06:18

Thanks for stats @Kescilly! 28+1here, still being sick every day and just been diagnosed with anaemia so hoping the iron tablets will kick in soon. Just want the next twelve weeks to hurry up!

stellarfox · 22/03/2019 07:59

Great stats!

Yesterday we got back from 3 nights in Watergate Bay in Cornwall. Stayed in a lovely dog friendly hotel on the beach (probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed in!) with great food. Would really recommend if anyone fancies a last minute break as they have some weekday deals! It was recommended by one of you lovely ladies (can’t remember your username but Lara!) as well as another friend!

Were starting NCT next week so we must be getting close now eek!

rollerskaterdata · 22/03/2019 10:31

Thanks @Kescilly those stats excited me way too much! 30+1 today and can't believe I'm in the final countdown Shock also have my 4D scan tomorrow and very excited 😊
