7yearslater · 16/12/2018 16:15

Hello! Just jumping in to keep up with this thread!

KMic · 16/12/2018 16:29

I am absolutely starving again!! Tired and hungry ... I'm not sure if this could be a rather long hangover rather than a pregnancy!! 🤣

Notanotherpawpatrol · 16/12/2018 16:49

Just checking in so I don't loose you. We may gain a few more over here, there's another thread running. We'll have to amalgamate 😂

canonlyhopexo · 16/12/2018 16:55

Little Ms Potential Poacher coming over to join you all 😂👋🏽

7yearslater · 16/12/2018 17:06

Anyone else having spotting and cramping? I didn't have any with my first pregnancy but seem to be now.

EverythingNow · 16/12/2018 17:10

I'm here. @7yearslater lots of cramping here early on but seems to have mainly eased off. I'm 7wks tomorrow. No spotting though.

7yearslater · 16/12/2018 17:24

The cramping is fairly mild and the spotting has been after a BM both times (soz TMI!) but I'll keep you posted!

Bakingabean · 16/12/2018 17:24

Hello! Thanks for starting a new thread.

@Kmic I'm also starving today too. But nauseous at the same time. The only time I'm not nauseous is when I'm eating!

KMic · 16/12/2018 17:24

@7yearslater I had cramping at around 4 1/2 - 5 weeks ... but none since. I'm 6 weeks tomorrow.

How are people doing with caffeine? I'm ok with missing out on coffee (just) but I LOVE Diet Coke - bit worried how much is in it!? I tend to have 1-2 cups of tea and day and 1 can of Diet Coke. Does anyone know if this is too much!? Perhaps I should invest in the caffeine free Diet Coke (if they even still do it!?)

Ninunina · 16/12/2018 17:30

Just marking my spot! No spotting today (yay!). Praying that I won't get anymore.

Has anyone else's sense of smell increased? I can't stand any type of fragrance all of a sudden. I'm just realizing how much people like putting all sorts of fragrances at Christmas.Xmas Envy

MrsRyan15 · 16/12/2018 17:37

Jumping on board the new thread. I am on count down, a week tomorrow until my booking appt with the mw.

Trying to put in little milestones to stop my 12 week scan feeling so far away!!

dragonmummy17 · 16/12/2018 17:43

@7yearslater congratulations! I had spotting a couple of times after a BM around 5 weeks. I had a lot of spotting last time from my cervix so assuming it's the same thing.

So so tired this afternoon. Really did not appreciate when pregnant with DS the privilege of just being able to have a nap. This time I have to time it round the toddler!

7yearslater · 16/12/2018 18:08

@dragonmummy17 did you have cramping with it? Having an older child is definitely a bonus when you are so tired as they dont mind if you have a nap!

QueenofFox · 16/12/2018 18:23

Can't believe how many babies are due in August! Two threads!
I usually mainline coffee and have cut down to one proper coffee per day, unless very tired. Not sure how much is in Diet Coke?
Feeling so very ill and lethargic. 6+1 I think.

Ninunina · 16/12/2018 18:26

I've replaced coffee with barley cup. It's really nice and seems to hit the coffee spot.

KMic · 16/12/2018 18:38

Absolutely shattered this evening! That seems to be my only symptom these days! Curled up on the sofa under a blanket with a book. 🥰

Belle2008 · 16/12/2018 18:56

Snap so drained just woke up from a 2 hour nap 🙈

dragonmummy17 · 16/12/2018 19:01

@7yearslater I have had some cramping but not at the same time as the spotting

KMic · 16/12/2018 19:02

I worry about napping as I don't want to not be able to sleep at night 😂

Blii · 16/12/2018 19:13

Hello new thread.
Just catching up on the old one @ScotsBaby2 thank you for the list. There is a lot of us!
Talking of age gaps my oldest will be 7 and the youngest will be 4 when the new baby arrives.
We were talking about year groups and how many school years apart they will be. My eldest will be never be in the same school as the youngest. When the youngest starts reception the other two will be in year 4 and 7! Crazy.

Shahlalala · 16/12/2018 19:21

Can I join too!
Only 5 and a bit weeks, but actually think I’m further along as the symptoms have been pretty full on.
Gave in to a two hour nap yesterday, still sound asleep by 9pm. Xmas Blush

KMic · 16/12/2018 19:23

I am rather bitter sweet pleased to report ... that I also seem to have some nausea back on the cards this evening!
