Hi all, how is everyone doing?

Thought i'd leave a message here as I've missed the end of the last thread, things have been rather interesting for me lately but will update when this thread gets going :)

Hope you're all well x

Catbag · 11/08/2012 13:38

Hello!

Bluetinkerbell · 11/08/2012 14:57

New thread already Wink I think I only posted once or twice on the other one! Been really busy last week! A quiet week working from home next week and a week's holiday the week after... maybe a last minute if I can convince DH Wink

Evilwater · 11/08/2012 15:15

Well, checking in! Hope you are all well. The baby is loving the football, I've got a few kicks, I hope to write a bit more later.
Evil

YellowWellies · 11/08/2012 15:20

ValiumQueen · 11/08/2012 15:28

kissyfur · 11/08/2012 15:40

Hello!
swiss I am intrigued!!??

Not packed my hospital bag yet, but then I haven't bought anything for the baby yet either! Been having a few tightenings today so just having a lie down now

NervousAt20 · 11/08/2012 16:13

to valium and donna Grin

DonnaDoon · 11/08/2012 16:13

Hi Nervous :) That was funny

ValiumQueen · 11/08/2012 16:14

Come on then swiss Grin

ValiumQueen · 11/08/2012 16:22

swiss Front and centre! now!

NervousAt20 · 11/08/2012 16:25

I caved and ate the twix Sad

ValiumQueen · 11/08/2012 16:27

Ooh I just fancy a twix. Did you read the supermarket home delivery substitution thread? The best one was tampons replaced with twix! I will never look at one in quite the same way Grin

Catbag · 11/08/2012 16:35

Is swiss even here?!

ValiumQueen · 11/08/2012 16:45

Hopefully she is doing something nice Grin

Bluetinkerbell · 11/08/2012 16:47

I've been buying some pre-loved reusable nappies the last few days :) (I missed out on the really good deal at Little Lambs few weeks ago... still Angry about it, was contemplating about it too long, should have just gone for it) For those of you interested in reusable nappies, found this good deal on Newborn Bumgenius nappies They're half price! So bought myself the baby 2 Wink

NervousAt20 · 11/08/2012 16:53

I don't really know much anything about reusables but I did see in mother care today that they had some kits on sale, down from £24 to £5. The offer might be online if anyone is interested :)

ValiumQueen · 11/08/2012 17:05

blue that is a good price for the BumGenius, but my baby would grow out of them in a week!

nervous the offer does not seem to be online. I wish I could get out to a shop! You probably don't know what make they were? I am guessing they are their own make as they are phasing them out. If you ever see Tots Bots on offer, buy them and stick on EBay or sell to me Grin

Bluetinkerbell · 11/08/2012 17:07

valium it is a good price indeed! And would probably resell for more than I paid for them Wink so not worried about baby outgrowing them too quickly! :)

ValiumQueen · 11/08/2012 17:08

I got the Bamboo Little Lambs. They are good, but bulky and take 3 days to dry on a rack. The wraps have cut my daughters thighs with the Velcro, as she sleeps curled up like a ball. If I see another offer, I will get the microfibre ones. I am watching daily. Have you liked them on Facebook? Do so, then you will see the offer too. The nappy lady have them for £6 each, and they are £9 on LL website.
