Hi ladies - its all over for me so please remove me from the list. Thanks.

Wishing you all happy and healthy pregnancies.

StarlightMcKenzie · 24/10/2011 17:01

Hi MyMama, thank you for letting us know. I've been thinking about you.

This is probably no consolation right now but I MC when trying for my no.2 but got pregnant shortly afterwards. The Constultant suggested that my body was just gearing up for it with a practice run, and I know that I wouldn't have had my beautiful daughter if that pregnancy had been successful iyswim.

I ate copious amounts of pate and tomato on toast and drank hot chocolate with bailey's in it to help me get by.

Wishing you well for the future.

Congrats Warlin :)

Hugs to those having a crappy day and to our DC that are poorly.
Two had a nap with me on the sofa and one watched a DVD -- happy days again! Not.

Hope you get work/ben's sorted Dal -- it looks like there's good advice here.

I had terrible cramping last night it must be trapped wind that makes the cramping so bad, TMI but was not at all well this afternoon thought of food makes me ill but the jacket pots with cheese, coleslaw and beet salad was nice at the time.

2.5 weeks till i move and nothing at all in place......no energy at all, just need sleep and munchies, terrible!

TeaandHobnobs · 24/10/2011 17:05

Dalrymps - sorry your work are being a bit crap at helping you work out the ssp situation; hope it gets sorted soon.

greengoose · 24/10/2011 17:36

Mymama so sorry to hear your news, spoil yourself and DH for a while. If it helps at all I MCd on the cycle before this and Docs said its a really fertile time after, which many of us seem to prove. Although you may feel in need of a gap. All the best.

JjandtheBeanlovesUnicorns · 24/10/2011 18:02

biglips · 24/10/2011 20:21

mymama - so sorry to hear about your news.

well for the past few days, ive been feeling drained (and the girls are off school for a week - half term) and feel sick. had sick burps all days today and it been about a week i was feeling like this. Never felt like this on my other 2 pgs but my last pg, i had ms twice in the morning and that was it. ive not told my family yet but will do this weekend or so and tell the girls inc my 12 yrs old DSD on xmas day when ill be about 14 wks. As this is my 3rd time round (i remember my 1st preg and the whole was so surreal), all ive got to get is a moses basket, a new hood for my maclaren XT as its broke but its usuable atm if i need it for dd2, and a steam steriliser. thats all i think.

ive been eating prunes since yesterday as think im constipating as its my fault for not eating enough fruits last week. PLEASE girls make sure you eat plenty of fruits throughout your pg as i didnt in my 1st pg and ended up at 30 weeks havingwhispers , so in my 2nd pg i was fine and every few weeks i drank a pint of prunes, fresh orange juice and lime just in case as never again!!

Kayzr on saturday nite i was starving and i ended up with a doner meat kebab with chilli and salad....i wolfed it all down. Not had it for years but i just fancied it that night [hgrin]

Welcome to all the newbies [hgrin]

greengoose · 24/10/2011 20:58

Keveta any news about your sis?

Kveta · 24/10/2011 21:04

thanks greengoose - she's had her appendix out, and will live, but is a bit sore! apparently she, DNephew and her fiance will got and stay with fiance's family for a week or two whilst she recuperates. other wee sis had her wisdom teeth out, so lots of anaesthetic in our family today!! none of us can get hold of the brother, who is working late, but assume he's not in an operating theatre!!

callmemamma · 24/10/2011 21:19

Hi, new to this site today. Got my BFP on Sat and saw Dr today who thinks I'm due around 20th June.
This is my first so it's all a bit new and scary, but we've been trying for 5 months, so very pleased!
Have my first midwife appt in 2 weeks, really, really need somebody else to tell me it's real...

StarlightMcKenzie · 24/10/2011 21:39

RollerDerbyGirl · 24/10/2011 22:08

Hi, I've jut found out yesterday I'm pregnant, 5 weeks currently, due 23rd June. I'm very new to all this, first pregnancy and all.... we've been trying for 12 months (this is month 13) so feels pretty surreal to be honest. I'm agreeing with LadyGrace and Startlight, I may just wait until the 7 or 8 week mark, just because I don't want to get too excited and stress myself out, potentially making problems for the baby...I do have a question, does the baby normally implant on one or another side of the uterus? I'm really sore on the right hand side only, but it's more like period pain and a bit of pressure. I was worried but when I stand up and move around it disappears, so I don't think it's in the fallopian tubes or anything.. anyone got ideas?

JjandtheBeanlovesUnicorns · 24/10/2011 23:13

Just ate a chinese and cake, feel soooooo bloated

Swear to god I better get some more sleep tonight I'm exhausted!

I keep worrying its a false positive and all the stress I've gone through with dp is worthless

SeriouslyStrongCheddar · 25/10/2011 06:40

Kveta - glad your sis is okay; that must have been a horrible wait for you.

callmemamma, misslaughalot & RollerDerbyGirl - welcome!

RollerDerbyGirl - not really sure re implantation. Think it can pretty much pick it's spot to be honest. I sometimes get a bit more discomfort on one side for a while, then it'll move - maybe my ligaments are stretching on alternate sides!

So, absolutely knackered this morning. Woke up at 1.25am and it felt like time to get up. Once I'd established it most definitely was not time to get up, it was too late to get back to sleep very well and I feel like a complete zombie today. Ah well, never mind. Hope today at work's fairly quiet, and will try to make the gym when I get home - no guarantees today though!

Hope everyone has slept better than me and has a good day!

warra · 25/10/2011 07:19

Can I please join the June bus?!! Am due #3 on the 20th June! Have two girls aged 2 and 4 already. Feeling sick on and off and very strong sense of smell!! Just wishing these next few weeks would pass by quickly - I hate the wait for that first scan!

birdofthenorth · 25/10/2011 07:22

Welcome newbies & congrats!

Roller I imagine what you're feeling is 100% fine but tbh I would go & get checked out (GP or midwife or Early Pregnancy Unit at your hospital) just because ectopic pregnancies can be really dangerous. They should be able to out your mind at rest.

Seriously rubbish night for me too, my dogs started barking like mad having been woken by passing drunks who were then barking right back! This of course woke DD Angry
