What popular places are overrated?

Following on from another thread, what places do you consider overrated that are popular?

Hotel Chocolat = over priced, at best average tasting, would much rather Cadbury's at a fraction of the price.

Amorino = our local one gets packed, as in queue's outside the shop packed. Over priced, very average ice cream, that they seem to be able to charge a premium for because you can mix flavors and it's a cue little flower shape.

Dominoes, Pappa Johns, Pizza Hut = unless there is a deal on very expensive for what tastes very processed pizza.

Nando’s. Dry chicken and chips

Oh see, I am dead against you on that one!

Tgi Fridays.

I was extremely underwhelmed by ‘Miller and Carter‘, I have no idea why it’s so popular.

Nando's - tiny chicken breast hiding in the bottom of a pitta Brad plus flag drinks

Domino's- ridiculously expensive

Disneyland Paris

In it's day brilliant, but has been awful for over a decade.

Never been.

I think if you look at as an independent place it's fun, but if you compare to Florida you will be let down.

The food is awful as well.

St Ives.
Saved our visit till the last day.
I think we spent less than an hour there.

Never heard of Betty's.

Half agree on Marks - there are still some foody bits that I love.

Centre parcs (Massively disagree)
Bicester village (Mainly agree - but you can still catch it on a good day)
Brighton (I like it, but is looking tired)
Westfield (Has gone downhill)
Paris (100% agree)
Cyprus (Not been in years)
East London (Don't really know it well)

Visit our famous Yorkshire Café Tea Rooms & Shops | Bettys

Don't bother.
Its just basically over-priced tea and scones.
Their scones are big but not particularly better than other cafes.

Betty’s is good for mail order hampers etc. I haven’t been to the actual Harrogate original place since the very early 2000s and I imagine it’s just a sort of tourist trap now.

The Leaning Tower of Pisa. Smaller than expected.

And there is absolutely nothing else around there.

Warwick castle - crazily overpriced

Probably the only place on a Merlin Pass I have never been!

Blarney Castle - overpriced, overcrowded and overhyped.

So one of the worlds most cosmopolitan, diverse, historic, artistic, cultured cities is overrated?

Disneyland Paris is the worse if them all but Disney in general is just rubbish. Paying ££££ to stand in never ending queues is madness
