Do the Snag bras give you monoboob?

They do to me. But I am a 36KK, so huge, and I find their fit leaves me either looking like I have fish flopping around my top, or like I have 6 tits!

I've always cooked perfect rice by just adding loads of boiling water, boiling it for the correct time, then rinsing it in a sieve with a whole kettle of boiling water. Then pop the sieve into the pan and put the lid on, so that the rice steams dry for three minutes or so.

And i add a plug of olive oil and some Italian herbs and fluff it with a fork.

I bought the Phillips Lumea a few weeks ago and aren't sure it's working for me. I'm using it every 2 weeks, and think I've used it 4 times now but so far can't see any changes to the hair growth. How many times did you use it before the hair growth stopped?

Not sure if someone has already replied to you. But I have the same one. I think you should be seeing results by now.

I used mine a few times about 18months ago and saw results and a reduction in regrowth. I didn't keep it up. I have since started again and should have time to do it properly for a while.

I have dark brown hair and pale Irish skin so it works well on me

FitFlop shoes, trainers and sandals - theyve cured my plantar faciitis.

Have you thought about keeping your cat indoors if it's destroying so much wildlife??!!

I thought exactly the same.

The cat flap idea has the most responses here. I bet everyone that's happy to let their cats out to kill songbirds are vehemently anti the legitimate control of pest species that actually benefits songbirds 🙄

The "I'm sick of my kitchen looking like an abottoir" comment was so gross.
They're only bothered about their carpets. Not the dead bodies of animals that were killed for fun.
Disgusting.

A can crusher!
only cost me about £10 but I love it.
There are 6 of us here and we drink a lot of fizzy drinks and the recycling bin is a lot less full now. It's also quite fun to use 😂 I am easily pleased

Pizza dough: 🍕
300g white bread flour
1x 7g packet of yeast
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
200ml warm water
I throw this into the bread maker on dough setting which takes 1hr30.

It makes 2x large pizzas or 3x medium. For the sauce I use passata with garlic and onions, sprinkle some oregano, basil and black pepper. Grated cheese and any toppings.

Bake for 12mins in a 200c oven

If you give it a try, let me know how it works for you.

Ooh my recipe is similar, im going to try yours as its less ingredients.

Mine is
500gm bread flour
300mls warm water
5g yeast
10g sugar
5g salt
2tbs oil

nah....my socks keep it in 😅

With some trepidation I ordered one of those Smooche foundation creams after seeing loads of ads on social media (they develop when worn to suit your skin tone). I'm quite pale and it felt a bit orange so it's been languishing in my make up bag but I've just been on holiday and have a bit of a tan at the mo and wow that stuff has come into its own. Far better than finding a foundation that suits my temporarily tanned face! Just the job, looks so natural.

Thistle-proof gardening gloves. They make me so happy 😁

Do you have a link? It’s such a horrible feeling to be pricked through gardening gloves!

Frogrex · 08/06/2026 17:50

I got one from Shein just to try but pretty sure you can get them on Amazon for a few pounds more if you don't like Shein. They are stretchy but also have a band that you can put either under or over depending on where you need the support. I am a 34FF and was impressed

I like rice. its a fast and simple carb that is easy to cook and easy to flavour.

Rice is also less fattening than wheat.

I keep reading that the cool kids are wearing wired headphones now, I'm afraid.

Bloody hell. And no-show socks are now for the olds, apparently. Sod it, I'm done trying.

Frozen chopped onion

This. Doesn't seem much compared to a fancy coffee machine or lovely skincare, but using this has saved me HOURS of kitchen prep.

I've just flown with an airline that allows you to pay to not have anyone sitting next to you. £50 to have one seat blocked, £100 to have the full row to yourself.
My flight was long haul leaving at midnight and getting in at 7am (local times). I paid the £100, lay down as soon as we were at cruising height, and slept like a baby until the cabin staff rudely prodded me awake for breakfast.
Worth every penny. Who needs business class?

Oooh I need to know the name of the airline!

6 pack of mini hydrometer/thermometer which have encouraged my DH to open the blinking windows and let some fresh air in at last.

I need this cat flap right freaking now!! Had to escort a live bird out earlier this week and a dead one a couple of days earlier!!

Do you mind explaining a bit more? I’m intrigued!

Mostly hyper-organization.

like i designed a tray that stores and sorts all my prescriptions. It fits perfectly on a particular shelf. It has a slot for a pen and my pill scissors. I can pull it out and set it on the table next to my month of pill cases. now instead of a jumbled mess and losing things it has stayed organized perfectly for 2 years.

flip charts that help us remember if tasks are done or not

a case that holds my daughters school supplies exactly how she wants them organized and out on her desk at school. It makes the difference between a child who never has her supplies and one who never loses anything.

ive been making this kind of stuff since I was a child, but with foam board and sewing. Basically I was my own OT before I knew I was ASD. Then my DD’s. The problem with the diy method is That it takes forever and is not nearly as durable. Plus I have a job and just don’t have infinite time.

If you want to start with simple hyperorganization for neurodiversity, look up Gridfinity. It is so simple and adaptable. When you need to change things it’s easy and you can reuse pieces in other places so it’s less wasteful.

Sorry I was meant to quote a question about an unwired strapless bra but pressed the wrong buttom 🤦‍♀️

I agree on the Snag bras. I bought one to try and then went and bought four more in different colours. I threw most of my old torture bras away! For ladies with big boobs, these wireless bras are a revelation!

Don't you feel rather low slung? I did, but very comfy. But I wouldnt leave the house in one
