Nothing in life is as it's portrayed on fictional tv programmes because it's fiction. It often gives people impossible expectations of many aspects of life. You need to just think of it as entertainment.

I find it frustrating when a woman loses her virginity and orgasms in the same scene. It's decades since I lost mine so it's not fresh in my mind but surely that's unlikely? I don't remember being particularly relaxed.

In TV sex all women come in 2 minutes flat, often just from uncomfortable looking sex against a wall, fully clothed, with no foreplay.

With enough build up and foreplay, yes, you can have screaming orgasms. Less likely to happen IRL with a TV crew unless that's your fetish and really unlikely to happen on first go, when losing your virginity.
