Absolutely despicable. I agree female only staff and the pay for nursery workers and any sort of childcare and teaching assistants should be massively increased with much better safeguarding procedures. Those poor children and I am sure many more out there being abused that doesn't get found out and reported. So awful. Sick world we live in.

But there are many other crimes that can be committed against babies and toddlers which have devastating effects

And they are just as, or more likely, to be committed by women

Women are more likely to physically harm or kill a child

Men have no business being in a nursery or infant school.

The answer is in our hands-certainly with the nursery-see a man working there and tell them you won't be using them and why.
