To mark Lilibet's 4th birthday, they've uploaded this video. I think it's cute and fun but the usual haters are out in force.

She clearly has a monitor on under her dress but people are claiming it's a pillow, and people are also claiming it's not possible to dance like that while heavily pregnant (it totally is, if you're in good shape)

Also the horrible comments from men saying she must have got a lot of practice in, giving lap dances on yachts

Don't really know what people's problem is with these two tbh.

It’s weird

BalladOfBarryAndFreda · 05/06/2025 11:19

I couldn't give two shits about it.

DifferenceBetweenAChickpeaAndALentil · 05/06/2025 11:20

I wish we had some kind of Mumsnet Royal Family forum that all these shite threads can sit in.

Oh wait… we do.

AllAroundMyGarden · 05/06/2025 11:21

I thought it was funny, just a bit of fun.

I think people are unhinged, when it comes to their hatred of Meghan and Harry

GetOffTheCounter · 05/06/2025 11:21

I really dislike MM (and loathe PH) but thought it was kind of sweet.

The yacht girl claims have always been hideously misogynistic.

Yazzi · 05/06/2025 11:21

It's really American, and I don't mean that as an insult. Just seems to be a trend American mums are really into when heavily pregnant so I can see why she remembers it fondly now!

She's a much better dancer than I expected too, and looks just absolutely radiant and beautiful I think- I think it shows how much tension she is always suppressing in her public image, giving her a kind of artificial beauty pageant vibe sometimes. In contrast in this video she looks just truly beautiful.

sofiamofia · 05/06/2025 11:21

I think it's a bit of fun but people that have an irrational hatred for people that they have never met and who don't impact their lives will continue to gleefully hate watch and leave horrible comments.

MargotTenenbaumscoat · 05/06/2025 11:22

Haven’t watched the video. No interest in that or the comments but surely it’s just a mum to be dancing while in labour which is great if that’s what they wanted to do? let her get on with it.

Handbagcuriosity · 05/06/2025 11:22

I don’t understand the level of vitriol directed their way. Equally I’m not arsed enough to actually open the video and watch it. So I guess that means I’m apathetic about it

FoxtrotMathilda · 05/06/2025 11:22

I mean good for her being able to move like that at 41 weeks pregnant. The conspiracy stuff is super weird.

But I find it cringe - you couldn’t pay me a million pounds to share that video of it were me 😂

KatieKline · 05/06/2025 11:23

It's weird, why does she think anyone wants to see. They wanted privacy, but then keep popping up, go away, you wanted privacy.

I'm not an H&M hater at all. I watched their wedding, and was actually really pleased when they got married.

AndOnThatTree · 05/06/2025 11:24

The bump does look weird but it’s clearly just all the monitors.
They do get a lot of hate, I personally don’t have an opinion on them, but even if I did dislike them I couldn’t imagine commenting hateful remarks on their videos, people like that need to have a word with themselves.

Gowlett · 05/06/2025 11:24

I think it was a thing at the time?
Some folks love a TikTok challenge.

I moved loads, just before labour.
Didn’t make any difference, but still…

GraceUnderPresure · 05/06/2025 11:24

I don't give a tiny rats arse about what they're doing + have no intention of watching the video.
Still find it weird that this is their way of staying out of the public eye though...

Absolutely. It's weird, and makes me worry for the future of humanity, the way people just make up their minds on someone based on what the media tells them.

Solocatmum · 05/06/2025 11:25

i don’t doubt she was pregnant and it’s not weird to be able to dance when full term (I did - although not twerking, more s club 7!) but I just think it’s a very weird thing to post.

stayathomer · 05/06/2025 11:26

I think it’s so cute!

ChocolatesAndRainbows · 05/06/2025 11:26

Personally it made me cringe…I am not a fan of those two. For people who want privacy sooo desperately they certainly like to gain attention to themselves.

jolies1 · 05/06/2025 11:26

It’s a cute video, I don’t mind them, but it’s not a video I would have shared outwith my family / friends, especially so long after the birth.

angelinawasrobbed · 05/06/2025 11:27

I was mortified for them

TheBlueUniform · 05/06/2025 11:27

We want privacy…
We want attention….

It’s like watching someone desperate to be liked, doing stuff that actually pushes people away.

TheOmbudsmansComingtoGetYou · 05/06/2025 11:27

I don’t care about the video but what I would say is that for two people who claimed to not want to be in the limelight, they sure are in the limelight a lot…

EasternStandard · 05/06/2025 11:27

I was managing to avoid it but then it was online news. Annoyingly and bizarrely.

It’s a bit cringey.

AndOnThatTree · 05/06/2025 11:27

It’s also just reminded me that when I was in labour my brilliant midwife had me dancing.. Wind your waist, Wind your waist, like a fat, screaming in agony Beyoncé. .

1SillySossij · 05/06/2025 11:31

I do t really like them, but that was funny, made me laugh.
