Wanting to look good and be a 10/10 girl? Men specifically?

People always criticise others for caring about their looks, but let's face it, we all appreciate beauty and strive to look our best.

I feel as though most women can be seen as '10/10' if they have good hygiene and skin/make up, i.e the whitened teeth, hair extensions, glowy fake tan, slim and big breasts.

I feel like I have a few obvious flaws; small boobs is the main one, but also teeth and hair that could be 'glowed up'.

I see that 95% of the women on TikTok on Instagram with 100 - 500k followers are just slim, tanned women with big boobs. All different facial features, but heavily made up, thin and big boobs.

Am I being unreasonable to want to make myself look hotter by fixing my flaws?

I would make any decision for surgery for myself anyway, but I just wonder what peoples' thoughts are!

Kindly, you need therapy. (As do probably a lot of the women you’re talking about and aspiring to look like).

Nobody, man or woman, who is content, confident and happy with themselves cares about being a 10/10 or wanting to be with a 10/10.

Gremlins101 · 04/04/2025 22:14

If theres only one thing I know it's that beauty does not correlate with happiness.

Spend the money on something that does x

KateShugakIsALegend · 04/04/2025 22:15

Oh FFS.

Just where to start with the bad thinking.

You are good enough as you are.

How young? Because I’m 35 and honestly love, it’s over. 😂

Haha. It really isn't. I'm almost 50 with no breasts. It's not over for me!

Areyouserioushuh · 04/04/2025 22:17

What a depressing post.
i agree it sounds you may have some self esteem issues here.
i dont use social media because i care nothing about these types of women you mention.

men will always find better, younger women. They will also shag absolutely anything willing!
You need to stop worrying about how you look, this pressure is clearly fueled by social media.

FYI, big boobs/breast implants are not all they are cracked out to be.

DearBee · 04/04/2025 22:19

I am wondering if this is a wind up, tbh.

Why would anyone want lots of men to want to sleep with them? Are you wanting to sleep with lots of men? What are you looking for? Because you're not going to find a genuine connection/relationship by making yourself look like a blow up doll.

Are you just craving loads of attention? There's therapy for addressing that.

So true 🫣

WhoisRebecca · 04/04/2025 22:20

I do wonder what the suffragettes would make of this.

Leanin9 · 04/04/2025 22:21

Who are these men you’re trying to attract that are rating women out of 10 and the rating system is based exclusively on being slim with big boobs. They sound like real winners.

do you rate men the same way? Or do you have any interest in their personality too?

see that 95% of the women on TikTok on Instagram with 100 - 500k followers are just slim, tanned women with big boobs. All different facial features, but heavily made up, thin and big boobs.
is that many followers a marker of success and happiness?

lifeonmars100 · 04/04/2025 22:22

Turkey teeth aside from looking totally fake and almost comedic are going to be one of those trends that really date but unlike daft fashions the people who have them are going to be stuck with those huge blinding white gnashers. I notice that when I watch films made prior to all those surgery trends that the people in them look natural and individual. Not saying that nobody ever had surgery in those times but people did not look as if they had all been made in the same factory

TwistedWonder · 04/04/2025 22:22

Don’t compare yourself to the filtered airbrushed fakery you see online.

I live in the same town as two pretty well known reality tv stars and I tell you in the fresh they look NOTHING like they do on tv and online. Honestly, one of them is so plain and average it’s almost impossible to believe it’s same woman in the glamorous photo shoots.

NetZeroZealot · 04/04/2025 22:23

Most men I know prize intelligence, wit & kindness over big breasts.

Have some self respect OP.

If indeed you are real.

Maia77 · 04/04/2025 22:23

If that makes you happy go for it.

ThisChic · 04/04/2025 21:50

They're happy and say, 'wow, 10/10, amazing' etc etc on Tiktok/Instagram if the woman is slim and has big boobs, and often also covered in make up/filtered etc etc, but it's mainly just the slim with boobs...

Yeah the men comment shit like that because they are pervy little creeps. They most likely have wives and daughters, yet they scroll on Insta and TikTok late at night wanking over young women using filters.

And these 10/10 girls only have 100K+ followers because they’ve bought them. And the organic followers they have are teenage girls and pervy men.

Honestly open your eyes OP! You’re obviously an adult. Please stop being so naive.

You sound like you have the personality of a housebrick. Insecure, judgmental and vain.

Please put your phone down, get out in nature, touch some grass and do some self healing work.

Coffeedreaming · 04/04/2025 22:24

This is what terrifies me about social media.

The idea of my daughter scrolling through Instagram and wanting surgery to change herself so she can look good for men horrifies me.

Please get some help/self respect and learn to love who you are.

CraneBeak · 04/04/2025 22:26

Why are you judging beauty based on the sexual appetites of men? There is no way in the world I would ever consider paying for surgery to physically alter my body in order to make more men objectify me faster.

Coffeedreaming · 04/04/2025 22:26

WhoisRebecca · 04/04/2025 22:20

I do wonder what the suffragettes would make of this.

Yep this is just why they got trampled by horses eh.

Absolutely horrifying. I hope this is fake

TakemedowntoPotatoCity · 04/04/2025 22:27

I can't stand the fake tan, eyebrows, big lips, hair extensions, big boobs/small waist/ big butt look. It beats me why a young woman would want to strive to look like a bratz doll. Who the hell finds this attractive? Except vacuous porn-obsessed men, who you are better steering clear of?

notprincehamlet · 04/04/2025 22:27

Instagram only exists to give you insecurities and sell you stuff to fix them.

BunnyLake · 04/04/2025 22:27

So who is your idea of a 10/10 in the celebrity world?

Redpeach · 04/04/2025 22:28

You want bigger boobs because you think you'll attract more men, have more and/or better sex?

SnakesandKnives · 04/04/2025 22:29

There was a girl at our stables (well 18\19). I thought she was absolutely stunning looking - genuinely envy-inspiring looks

she also spent a lot of time on Instagram etc. Decided she didn’t fit the current look and has since turned herself into a peculiar - almost cartoon - version of herself. She wasn’t happy and still isn’t. So so sad :(

Lourdes12 · 04/04/2025 22:31

Men likes natural looking women not that that shite

WhoisRebecca · 04/04/2025 22:32

Who cares what men like. Really. Have we not moved on?

OwlIceCrem · 04/04/2025 22:33

I have small boobs. When I was breastfeeding I had ginormous ones. I thought I would love it/ look better but I can honestly tell you it didn’t make a scrap of difference to how I felt, how I looked in clothes or what attention I got. I had entertained the idea of a boob job before but after that it went out the window. Now I’m quite glad they are small- easier with clothes and generally more elegant. It seems like the skinny-but-massive-knockers look is out.
