Has anyone seen the video footage that totally proves Blake Lively was lying about her accusations of Justin Baldoni. Total Amber Heard vibes from this and it's scary to think how many cases that can't be proved have destroyed men's lives.

I've seen the footage. I'm not sure how it disproves anything she's alleged? It was filmed fairly early in the shoot too, was it not?

How does it disprove what she alleged happened later?

What’s ’Amber Herd’ vibes exactly? Does it mean some old soak took advantage of young woman then was shocked when she didn’t put up with his BS? I’m not fully up to date with the Blake Lively situation I won’t lie…

Seen it and they’re acting in a slow mo clip. It proves nothing and whether she is liked or not is irrelevant.

They tried to actively destroy her and there’s real evidence proving that.

Yes and I don't see that AT ALL. She's nothing like Amber Heard.
I don't know what's going on with all this Blake hatred it's insane. Fair enough to not particularly like her... but this is next level.
It actually makes me think she is completely telling the truth about Justin. Because there really does seem to be an orchestrated PR campaign regarding portraying her negatively.
And what does it boil down to? Her being a bit aloof.. making jokes that don't land..

Is that reason to allow her to be sexually harassed?
There's multiple witnesses, the majority of the cast and crew on that film have backed her up. If you read into it he was very clearly behaving inappropriately.
Whether or not Blake is a likeable person is completely irrelevant. No one should be treated like that in their workplace. The end.

Yeah, because Justin is paying the same PR company that Jonny Depp used to run a smear campaign against Amber Heard. That is where you recognising the “vibe” from, it’s the same playbook.

I don't know enough / read / seen ot processed all the stuff to comment on the smear.

However on the SH and video released i do have a perspective as a viewer

I did look at the video and it looks like 2 people acting scene about "falling in lust / love" which fits the film. I think the problem is that the acting improvised by JB does not fit BL choreographed view. So this is now SH in BL eyes. However if the scene had said "attempted kisses, caressing, etc" then there would have been a coordinator... and no SH. The video would plat out as is and that wouldn't be in the case

No idea if this is the only.scene called out in the SH case but in my opinion I don't think JB did anything out of character for the movie scene. Just very bad planning or bad judge of what is acceptable when Partnering on a movie and read BL wrong

It's all very odd and confusing... he seemed genuinely empathetic about the DV narrative and BL was "wear your floral's" and a bit tone deaf.

I don't think we will ever really know.

He looks like a sleezy, greasy, insincere prat to me. Appearances can be deceptive, of course. Maybe he and his paid mud-slingers didn't write any of those texts/emails and BL hallucinated them all into existence.

BL has always struck me as a mediocre actress unable to convey a rich inner depth to any of the characters she plays. From what I've seen of her acting, she lacks the imagination, imo, to have come up with that laundry list of complaints against him out of thin air.

Yes. It is online campaigns against these women that makes you think that they are destroying the lives of men. Maybe it's the other way round?

The total 'amber herd' vibes is because he has hired the same pr team as Jonny Depp so they are re-running their winning formula. I thought everyone knew that.

I think he is a wrong 'un. Why so keen to insert himself in women's rights issues? Makes me think of Jimmy Saville - so busy "doing good" that his behaviour goes unchallenged.

I haven't followed the story much but watching the clip, it was all a bit cringe. BL looked like she was uncomfortable and seemed to be reasoning with him to steer away from a full on snog. There is also an imbalance of power as he is the lead role and director. He was calling the shots and she looked uncomfortable. Who knows anyway.

The footage is ambiguous imo. She does look subtly uncomfortable at the end, but I agree with pp, it looks less 'sleazy lech', more rubbish communication and needing the intimacy coordinator present. She has the right not to be made to feel uncomfortable at work, as every person does.

I don't think she's been caught in a lie, she's interpreted the situation in one way, and I think in his head his comments and actions are aligned with an actor/ director getting on with a job.

There's so much mutual destruction of reputations, no one will 'win', even if it is seen through to the bitter end in court.

I think you could say anyone is sleazy looking if they fit your definition of sleazy. I don't think the character he played does much to deter from that view or the cringe scene we are all now talking about!

You mean the video of them dancing, and staring lovingly into each others eyes, and giggling while the cameras are rolling and they yell cut at the end?

If you actually think that video proves she's lying you are a very real problem.
Do not get the hate this women seems to attract from people at all.

I reality, he's probably a sleaze and she's probably a dickhead. I'd imagine both sides have truths to them, as well as lies. I don't think the video proves much either way.

This is yet another creepy man child who was told "no" and doesn't like it. He's throwing his money at a PR firm because he knows in the court of public opinion it's often the woman who is vilified, not the man (look at Amber Heard and JD).

I think she's nasty. That doesn't mean she deserves to be sexually harassed, or that she's lying.

I see her trying very hard to steer him away from kissing her - which is what she said she did.

I see her using appeasing actions and language to keep things 'light', like so many women do with males when they are trying to protect themselves - which is what she said she did.

Well done for buying the bs though and also being horrible about Amber Heard at the same time. Bravo.
