I like to pretend that the other (far suprior)presenters can't see him, he's just a figment of my imagination. They do seem to largely ignore him.

He also does my pet hate of describing something that is a texture as a flavour

'it tastes crunchy' 'it has a powdery taste'

I always find it hilarious when he feeds back about a dish and the other two (actual chefs) completely contradict him in their feedback, highlighting what a know-nothing blowhard he really is. I swear that's why they make him go first 😁

I've never heard anyone say they enjoy his presenting 'skills' and 'style'. he is truly awful, has no expertise in food or cookery and just guffaws and gurns. genuinely have no idea why he continues to get booked

He’s a grade A twat. I’ll never forget that Twitter post where someone asked him to retweet a post about raising money for cancer, and he responded ignoring the cancer charity and instead lecturing the person that his name had two G’s. What a twat.

They talk about Marcus Wareing as some kind of iconic chef, but I find him dry and cold too. I want to make wash and cut his hair. It looks as though he’s dipped it in grease.
