Why is he still on master chef?

I’ve never watched it but I’ve heard he’s one of the nicest people and really down to earth.

I thought he did daytime tv. Like DIY or property auction type stuff? Is he actually a chef?

I love the factory programmes he does but hate the fact that he's on them. It must be so painful for the skilled people in those places having to explain to the twat that is Gregggggg about the process they do so that he can repeat over and over " You can do 26 of those in a minute....26....26....no I don't believe it". Oh fuck off and let us enjoy the normal people.

I watched Historical Masterchef pn Horrible History long before I watched Masterchef.

I tried watching Masterchef once but it was impossible to take GW or John Torode seriously after seeing the HH versions.

Dave Gorman did an entertaining section about GW on his last stand up tour.

Oh who knows he’s truly awful.

But imho John Torrode is the WORST.
Hes so impressed with himself and arrogant and superior. Even on Lisa Faulkner’s insta account, on which she constantly talks about how wonderful he is and totally fawns over him he manages to come across as just so unappealing and snooty to her. I have zero idea what she sees in him.

The regular posters do seem to find themselves very amusing, but if you a) don't hate the man or enjoy the relentless 'ripping' b) want some more interesting Masterchef talk, don't bother.

I've met Gregg and he's actually really nice. But I find him annoying on the programme. And I can't stand Monica.

I used to love Masterchef when Lloyd Grossman was on it - when dinosaurs roamed the earth!

People mocked him (he had a very noticeable New England accent) but it was so much more civilised than with these 2 loud, loutish and irritating geezers.

Why do the BBC get it so wrong all the time? They find certain people and plaster them all over our screens, seemingly regardless of whether anyone actually likes them. I've come to the conclusion that BBC people live in a metropolitan media bubble and have limited contact with reality.

There are so many ubiquitous faces on the telly I'd like to pension off. They certainly put me off watching the shows they're on, whether I'm interested in the subject matter or not.
