Go to the healthfood shop and get colloidal silver. It's a natural antibiotic with no side effects and works quickly. Lots of scare stories out there about it making you turn blue which is rubbish. I've been taking it for years. I order mine from amazon https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&opi=89978449&url=www.propertypal.com/12-manse-road-newtownards/907692&ved=2ahUKEwjemeb-rpuBAxUWUKQEHRYNBnsQFnoECBAQAQ&usg=AOvVaw13ajXSaAf3gXeSM9GIS1wG

This is batshit crazy. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Lovely update! Thank you and glad you had a fab time

Backtoblack1 · 10/09/2023 21:17

Great update, glad you all enjoyed x

Pmen · 10/09/2023 21:36

absolutelyalice Definitely not crackpot medicine and works with no side effects. Don't knock it till you've tried it which you obviously aren't going to do. It was used before antibiotics became available. Its still used in hospitals today. One of the little secrets kept quiet. Suppose youll now say it make you turn blue🥶. No money to be made from it. We'll just agree to disagree on that one

VenusClapTrap · 10/09/2023 21:42

I’m late to the thread but just want to say I’m glad it all worked out in the end and the wedding went well. My poor friend came down with gastric flu at her wedding. She went to bed at 7pm and everyone partied on without her - even the groom!

Colloidal Silver has absolutely zero benefit when ingested. It’s fine if you want to poison yourself but don’t suggest crackpot medicine unprovoked to strangers.

ElizabethBest · 10/09/2023 23:01

@SamPoodle123 you have to look at your medicine intake over 24 hours. As long as you aren’t taking more, it’s fine as a one off. That’s why I said you should absolutely not do it normally but as a one off it’s fine

It’s not used in any hospital anywhere in the world because it’s widely recognised that ingesting silver is not in any way beneficial to the human body. The dictionary definition of crackpot medicine. Take it if you want, don’t try and poison other people because you’re tuned to the moon, space cadet!

@absolutelyalice

Externally. It was used externally to treat wounds before antibiotics. Ingesting it is neither safe nor helpful.

absolutelyalice · 11/09/2023 00:54

i’m aware of that but she’s not suggesting the bride take the supplement capsules she’s recommending externally, is she? so it’s not relevant.

You are suggesting people ingest a substance that is harmful. Don't play stupid.

It is only safe for external use, not sticking down your neck.

absolutelyalice · 11/09/2023 01:20

You seem confused- i’m expressly saying that people should NOT take colloidal silver. You’re replying and trying to argue with the wrong person.

I am. I'm so sorry! Quoted the wrong thing - this is why I should keep off here when I'm half asleep!

Hi everyone, sorry for the delay, I’ve been recovering from a diabolical hangover!
wedding was absolutely perfect. Our bride was fine, so I think she’d just eaten something that didn’t agree with her
the sun shone all day for us and we had a brilliant time ❤️

That's great to hear, glad it all went well and congratulations to the happy couple!

Be closed minded if you want- your loss. All the health food shops and naturopaths are allowed to sell crackpot medicine- really? Recommended to my aunt by a nurse for a severe case of a severe fungal infection and what do you know- that crackpot medicine only went and cured it when countless rounds of antibiotics wouldn't. As I said we'll agree to disagree

Carpediemmakeitcount · 11/09/2023 17:34

Fab news the bride was very lucky with the weather.

No one is saying it is useless, we are saying it isn't safe nor helpful to drink the stuff. And if course antibiotics wouldn't cure a fungal infection - you need an antifungal for that. I've cured ringworm with dilute bleach but there's not a chance in hell you'd catch me drinking it.

I can understand peoples reluctance and thoughts about consuming CS and we all have our own opinions. It is not approved by FDA as there's no money to be made from it and there will be countless scare stories released because it works so well. I don't know if it is recommended by all naturopaths for consumption but is by any I have visited and it has been nothing short of amazing. My current naturopath has two drs. as clients who also use it internally after becoming disillusioned with their own medical treatment and side effects from same. I only used a fungal infection as an example. A friend had a recurring chest infection with countless rounds of antibiotics which wouldn't clear it up till she took the CS. I take it internally when i feel I'm coming down with something and bingo all cleared. I use it in my eyes to keep them clear after a previous infection and was under the care of the opthalmology dept at my local hospital. The drops they prescribed caused bad side effects and i had to stop usibg them. At my last visit the consultants very words were ' I don't know what you're doing but keep doing it'. I told him it was CS - he made no comment whatsoever. It's sad there are treatments like this which people are so afraid of. If I'd known it would cause this much controversy I wouldn't have bothered. This will probably cause more shock 😲 horror by my admittance that I use it for my eyes but 100% safe as can be verified by my eye health from my opthamologist and I use it every day to keep redness and infection at bay. I'll add a warning here 'DO NOT USE IN EYES' so that I don't ruffle any more feathers but anyone with recurrent eye infections should check it out and do their own research 🤫. I also spray it on my face every day- really good for wrinkles.
Some of the benefits of silver for your skin include: Anti-inflammatory - reduces redness and swelling of acne and blemishes. Repairs tissue - targets wrinkles and fine lines by stimulating tissue regeneration. Powerful antioxidant - combats free radicals to reduce oxidative stress.

It’ll be done in 48 hrs max (probably horrid 48 h though).
