Am i the only one in the world who doesn't see the fasination in Amy Winehouse?

Why does everyone say she is such a great talent and amazing? What am i missing?

I saw her on the Brits and she looked and sounded like a drunk pub singer to me

I think the musical arrangement at the Brits did her no favours - it didn't work with her at all, too big band - she'd have been better off with just the guitarist she had at the last awards ceremony she sang on (can't remember name of that). Have you heard her otherwise? She really does have the most incredible, soul-wrenching singing voice.

Anyone can sound good in a recording studeo though. The girl just hasn't got it IMO because she sounds shit live and out of tune!

The girl is so unprofessional it's unreal. Turning up to sing with Charlotte Church that time pissed out of her face. Why anyone in the music industry gives her the time of day is beyond me.

I was thinking of posting something similar. She is just WRONG in my opinion. Lollypop on a stick, transvestite, druggy are all words that spring to mind. She looked like she was on some sort of speedy drugs at the Brits, and if she has a good voice I wouldn't have noticed as I was too distracted by how wierd she looks and acts.

Don't get me started on her hair.....

I adore her voice, even when she's drunk and off key. There aren't many young famous singers as good, in my opinion.

She looked better when she was curvy.

Whenever I look at her I just shudder when I imagine what's living in that hair .
All the way through the Valerie song she just looked like she was dying for a wee!!

At the Brits she was awful and what was Kelly on saying a voice too great to egnore?

She writes all her own stuff and I do think she's got a good voice...

I find her to be repellant and definetly a bad role model for the youth of today.

I don't get her and don't think her voice is amazing at all. Plenty more telanted people out there.

Think she is a talented song writer and her voice can be amazing but I really think she should stop performing until she is well again. Her Brits performance was excrutiating to watch and she looks awful

Even to the youngest and most naive of folk, she is clearly in a mess presently

Christina; always sings live brilliantly, always professional and so worth paying the money for and when she sings Etta James's At Last it gives me goose bumps!

No matter what questionable outfits she wears or scary hair styles she fronts sometimes, she is a true talent!
