My partner went out and had a few too many.
When he got home I heard him on the phone telling someone he thought of them every single day.
He also said he missed them and something about a holiday.
I snooped on his phone this morning and it was his ex.
Aibu to think he still has feelings for her? They split properly 4 months ago but I think things were rocky for a bit before that.

Gosh, I will give you benefit of the doubt, too. This is way too sad.

OP, honestly, go and see your GD, speak to them. You are depressed, you have no self worth, you have no support circle (why?). You are on your own with 4 kids, no job, no life outside of your family. You would never be able to have a normal relationship in this state, not because you are stupid and unlovable, but because your emotional state would prevent you from making right choices. You would only attract people wanting to use you, like this guy.

Sort yourself out, learn to love your life and yourself, and then you will find someone real. And always put your kids first, protect and love them, remember, you are all they have!
