What the bloody hell just happened?

I'm trying not to freak out.

In bed reading mumsnet as you do and all of a sudden I hear this almighty bang on my bedroom door which is ajar. It's one of those crap ones with a frame and perspex in.

Thinking something must have fallen, I got up to investigate. I turn the torch on on my phone as the bedside table lamp barely gives off any light. When I reached the door my phone went weird, the torch went off and a qr code came up on my screen as if trying to scan. I tried getting it off and it closed to reveal the screensaver I have of my daughter. All the icons had vanished and the phone was frozen except for the screenshot which was blurred and looked almost ghostly.

I put the light on and check around. Nothing apart from a coat hanger on the floor which could have already been there as it was behind the door.

Couldn't do anything with my phone until all of a sudden it restarted and now appears to be working fine!

Agree .. don’t provoke it , don’t try to communicate with it etc. try getting the house blessed and a blessed crucifix and holy water. If still persists I would move

If pay a visit or contact your local spiritualist church sooner rather than later.
You did the right thing asking them to leave.
Put some black tourmaline in your bedroom once you have cleansed and charged it.

My husband used to poo poo the strange going’s on in our house. Until one night it honestly sounded as though the wardrobe had fallen over in our bedroom, that shit him up, there was no smarty pants explanation from him trying to scientifically poo poo it.

ornament’s have flown off surfaces or moved. I’d had enough, one day it sounded as if something was being slammed on our dining table, all 3 dogs were bewildered. I was fuming, I stormed up to the table and gave whatever it was a bollocking, since then it’s behaved itself.

Please make sure you have fully working CO alarms. This is essential. One of the symptoms of CO poisoning can be hearing/seeing things that don't feel real, this goes for anyone who has unexplainable things like this happening (and anyone who has any gas appliances!).

I'm in a 20 year old block, don't know and don't want to know what was here before but we have had untold weirdness going on, including an orb filmed twice, one of them knocking over my daughters gym bag, the other just mooching around bouncing off walls. Another time we put up around 20 light picture frames, all of them with my daughters picture in fell down in the middle of the night, the door stoppers that go boing, that kept going off in the same room, my daughter freaked when she walked past her door and her school bag moved forward, that's just to name a few things that started just before lock down, so I totally see where you are coming from.

Lots of time and money have been put into it..... and yet still...the truth is out there, but rather difficult to prove.

Can't explain the phone, except I don't know what sonic booms do to phone reception.

Noooo not the hangers ….. every night my Aunt heard coat hangers moving angrily in her wardrobe and clothes would be on the floor - she had priests round but it still happened, she got a dog it wouldn’t go in this bedroom and it would growl and bark and she had to move as it destroyed her. The house was built on the grounds of a former monastery.

I thought my ceiling had fallen down! I very delicately tiptoed around the house... Then spent a few hours of wtf... Until saw it on the news. Most of England heard it.

How come you don't hear it every time they scramble fighter jets?
