To ask your thoughts on Andrew Tate?

I went out for dinner recently and all of my nephews aged between 13-26 had a lots of respect for him.

While I agree with a lot of what Andrew Tate says he then has to spoil things with his horrific views on certain topics and I'd go as far as to say some of his points make him dangerous to young men (it concerned me how my nephews really respect him)

What are your thoughts on Andrew Tate?? But also, why do so many respect him in this way when he is so dangerous? Or is it that most people clearly secretly feel this way too?!

I'm pretty sure that loads of people suffer terrible things without falling down a hole that is entirely contrary in nature to their supposed world view and philosophy.

It's almost like finding your way through the world is a bit more complicated than pulling your socks up

He's just a monetising weasel. That's my primary dislike of him, and I think when you offer up a load of ways for people to better themselves you reasonably open yourself to criticism of your own choices

Because posting a comment describing a person as a "fucking benzo addict whose life has fallen apart" and then either deliberately or through ignorance missing out the sad circumstance of how and why he became addicted to antidepressants and how he battled it, is both misleading and hateful.

Surely you can see this?

With his interviews and begging sympathy about his benzo addiction he's even indirectly monetised the death of his wife. He's monetised his daughter. How's that not weasely?

His "Being more resilient" seems to translate as "I'm going to say vile nasty things and if you disagree that's not my problem but yours for being a wimp and not having a thicker skin". Like workplace bullies who pass their nastiness off as 'banter'.

I'm not surprised. When someone hates women and spends his time grooming teen boys to believe they're entitled to sex and women are the cause of men's problems, he was highly likely to have a limited understanding of consent.
