Teacher’s assistant lying 🤥

So I was waiting to pick up my child and saw another mum who is always pushing in, at the school queue, in front of my child.

I saw her do it again in the morning and while waiting to pick up our children, I told her I saw her doing it again and asked her not to do it. She waved her hand at me and told me ‘you’ve got a problem’. The next morning the headteacher asked me to come in and asked ‘why was I making another parent cry’. I told her what was said but she said that the teacher’s assistant ( who wasn’t there at the time) reported me.
I tried to talk to the assistant and told her that I wasn’t yelling and the other mum wasn’t crying but she said she saw her crying and that ‘we have to agree to disagree’. I am gobsmacked and how do I deal with lying? Why would she lie?

(Slightly funny story)
I was stuck in a wilco when dd was small (ish) one staff member on tills loads around chatting MASSIVE queue I leaned over to dd and whispered start crying she said what? I said I will buy you sweeties start crying loud she did a blinder tears howls wails staff came over tills were opened she earned a flake for her acting skills gentleman behind me in the queue gave 50p for her performance said he hadn't seen anything so funny for ages never underestimate the power of a noisy child

My husband’s ex is harassing me…
It has been a long time that my husband’s ex is harassing me.
She keeps writing me / telling me that my husband is asking her for s.. ( the reason why we still see her is that my husband has got children with her)(my husband has already blocked her because he can speak straight to children as they have a phone now)
she has been going very deep into my family trying to interfere to my children too (including school, social care, learning her kids to bully mine) all sort of things
I tried to ignore all of that but when she keep repeating the same thing over and over I feel I just want to knock her out.
I am really feed up of her. What do you suggest?!?!
