See i recall a very similar thread sometime ago where there responses were quite different and the overall conclusion was that it was aggressive behaviour designed to intimidate like sexual harassment.

He is of course entitled to enjoy his shower in this way but there's definitely a nasty undertone to the behaviour and i think most people would be upset. Best reaction would be to laugh.
