On a stag do. Says he was so drunk he hardly remembers it. He wasn’t the only one but all the others are single.

Not sure how I feel about it tbh.

Yeah right oh!!

Bring the excitement back ..... lol!

What's the next step after that in another nine years time, time with a prostitute?

Most people might have a romantic weekend away and not "employ" a sex worker to "bring back the excitement".

its purely entertainment business. no different to a bar having entertainment on

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL · 16/08/2022 16:38

@oiltrader dream on ...... you're talking rubbish and I don't believe for one moment you're genuine.

Of you trot and let the grown ups talk.

WinterDeWinter · 16/08/2022 16:51

People really are as thick as their ideology requires them to be. There really is no floor to it.

Abraxan · 16/08/2022 16:57

How many of the women here have seen a male stripper at a hen do? How many have screamed at the male stripper to 'getemoff'? Yup

Never seen one or been to any event with a male stripper, stripogram, butler in the biff, etc.
Never been to a hen do involving any of that. Just not something that happens in my circle of family/friends.
Managed to get to almost 50y without so it's definitely possible.

it is the entertainment industry. how dare you drag it down to suit your needs

😂😅

WTF, is this the cryptic clue?

Women want respect, for themselves and others!

Not acceptable apparently?

Luckily no amount of "cool wives" bleating all men do it, means that they do. Because if they did, a lot more lap dancing clubs would be open.

if you say so. however you need to wake up to reality and the modern world. we CHOOSE to do it

@Backtobacknow I should have specified that I was referring to the 'it's only a bit of entertainment silly ladies' comment

So you're talking for EVERY lap dancer? I don't think so sweetie!

You might be able to state SOME choose to do it?

I've also capitalised because you have, so hopefully it will get through to YOU, but it really is unnecessary. Most people are ABLE to read and digest WITHOUT capitals, maybe you CAN'T ?

The modern world, the one where women are getting more equality and respect day on day, I'm not sure the "traditional" stag night trope fits into that?

Recently married and my now husband went to the strippers and i did not bat an eyelid. I actually had a laugh with him about it and the funny stories of the other stags while there. If you went to an event with say butlers in the buff or something similar or a hen where the bridesmaid hatred a stripper would you leave ?

Did your husband get a private lap dance though?

No it's not. That's a rather flattering interpretation. Its actually much more damning than that. Its the term used to describe women who think they need to go along with anything a man wants in order to keep his approval. I wouldn't like to be called it either.

Well thats.. quite sickening. Surely if you view a woman as being in that mental position it calls for empathy not other women looking at them down their noses and “damning” them.

5128gap · 16/08/2022 18:13

oiltrader · 16/08/2022 15:52

of course its fun. after 9 years i would expect your relationship has moved on to more comfortable level. this would bring excitement back in I imagine

If sitting at home with the children on a Saturday night while your partner goes to a strip club is your idea of excitement, the hours must literally fly by in your house.

I didn't invent the term, nor do I use it, and agree with you. However my empathy would likely be unwelcome. I'm a woman and by the very nature of the 'cool girl' mentality, my opinions would be irrelevant, provided the men approved.

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL · 16/08/2022 18:25

we have the power. we are in charge. its a power rush to do the work. you should try it

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL · 16/08/2022 18:42

@oiltrader stop being so inflammatory, you know by this thread alone that's not how most women feel or think.

It's all adding up to you either trolling or being a male lap dancing frequenter.

I really wonder what your agenda is here.

Calabria1985 · 16/08/2022 18:47

I remember being in one of these places 10 years ago with a few guys from work.I dont know why i went along as they do nothing for me and i had no intention of getting a dance.I made a school boy error though and paid for drinks with my debit card 😂my partner got a notification on her phone and text asking why i was in Diamond Dolls 😂I had a bit of explaining to do but she forgave me in the end .I personally think youre man deserves a second chance and only you know whether he can be trusted again.

Well, clearly it doesn’t happen then 🙄 🤷‍♀️

yes I would leave. I wouldn't go anywhere near a "butlers in buff" event. It's grim and tacky.

Printed in the Daily Mail and now there are lots of dim people posting with caps lock and no grammar. Shocked.

Oh wow hi and your new husband had a giggle over him having a hard on and a few memories in the wank bank, that's soooo cute!

Love the fact in your new marriage you love the fact that your husband likes paying for sexual excitement.

Imagine how much more you'll be enjoying his including a third party to excite him after 7 years of marriage, maybe he'll upgrade to a prostitute by then, I expect you'll be having a sort of "7 year itch celebration" for him then.

Honestly, you've chosen so well.

I'm sure if you have any future daughters, you'll love them to put up with the same, maybe become Lao dancers for another husband and wife to laugh over.

Fairislefandango · 16/08/2022 22:33

I wouldn't need to, because I don't have friends who'd choose to do such tacky stuff.

Discovereads · 16/08/2022 23:02

MrsTerryPratchett · 16/08/2022 02:38

72,800 sex workers of which an estimated 4,000 were trafficked = 5% of all sex workers. The vast majority of trafficking for sexual exploitation is for rape off street. So it’s actually going to be a lower % of strippers than prostitutes trafficked, less than 5%.

There is something inherently and obviously male about using a wall of text, with lots of lovely statistics, to justify getting your cock hard. It's almost primal.

Don't cheat on your partner without her prior approval. And make sure you aren't getting your cock hard using slaves. Raped slaves.

There is something inherently and obviously female about making up fake statistics to justify destroying the family stability your DC depend on. It’s almost selfish.
