I knew there would be another use for the cast iron mini pan that came as a brownie kit from B&M, I may use it for this tomorrow, I'm in Scotland so not the hottest temperature but still might work!

I definitely put too much oil in. The white has cooked in separate blobs.

Now going to reveal the only life tip that I genuinely didn't read anywhere on the internet or get told...I really did discover this myself. You can clean up a raw egg you've dropped using a dustpan and brush. Nothing else does the job. it picks up 99% of it.

I cooked one (on a baking tray). It has definitely cooked thoroughly but looks a bit weird. No egg white for instance - it’s all just gone see through / brown.

what surface is the pan on?

The yolk has exploded.
I think my egg has got a bit of tan and possible sunstroke. 😬
