To refer to her vulva or vagina would you know what it means? Even if you didn't in the moment, would it click later?

I've never heard it refer to a body part. Wee Wee is urine. As in "I need a wee wee" means I need urgently to go to the toilet!

I'm on another thread where various terms for genitalia are being discussed(I'm keeping it vague as I don't want this to be made into a TAAT).

So it made me wonder about this term and whether people would make the link.

Of course if a toddler said my undies hurt my wee wee, I fell off my bike and hurt my wee wee. It typical baby talk in Canada.

I've never heard it used to mean vulva and would think a child meant urine, unless it was very clear from the context, which of course when you're talking to a small child, things rarely are!

well, you could make an educated guess based on the context, but if the girl has been taught accurate language, you wouldn't have to guess would you?

This is why it's important to teach girls to use the word vulva. There's zero ambiguity.

I would presume she needed the potty/toilet. If she said my wee wee is sore my first thought would be it hurts when she wees.

I'm sure most people are intelligent enough to realise what she was referring to fairly quickly.

My sons, when small, referred to their penises as their “pee pee”
