I got deleted from a Facebook group about stupid things men say for commenting that this was an overly large portion, is it not?

Yes it’s fairly large but absolutely no need to criticise people you don’t know on Facebook. Who knows what else they’ve eaten / how much exercise they’ve done today?

It wasn’t the portion of anyone on that group, it was shared from another group entirely because a man had told the man who originally posted it that if he cooked spaghetti bolognaise correctly then his date would ‘put out’

It is a large portion, but why comment? There might be a reason for it. And even if there isn’t, why be judgmental?

Just like some days i might not be very hungry id eat a smaller portion but its not really something to laugh over?

It depends. DH is currently trying the omad diet and frequently being told on his FB diet private group he doesn't eat enough and is at risk of being deleted from the group. (They all post photos of their meals). Many members eat more than what OP posted as its their only meal of the day.

(But yes it is a large portion!)
