The Daily Mail, has lost the plot, in decreeing that MadeForMums is in fact the UK's number one parenting site now, and not Mumsnet??

I was expecting blue and white background. However the colour reminds me of netmums.

Other than that, I'm not familiar with it.

From the number of threads that start with telling the DM to do one, I got the impression that this was their go-to site.

Might depend on how consistent the moderating is on their site. MN has been a minefield lately with certain posters being allowed free rein to rant/rave/goad while others are banned for next to nothing. @PainyRuddles - do you think these were the only 2 sites in the running for top dog? Surely not....

I expect that other one is too busy signing up new members atm. Anyway, are you being unreasonable or not? Hmmm. Have they lost the plot? I'm afraid it's a YABU from me as the DM's legal team is doing such admirable work in other areas that they prob lost concentration for a mo on this one and just need a hand hold.

I had never heard of it so I just had a look. The forums seem to be really messy and basic. The people's questions and some of the replies seem made up. But that's only my opinion!

I know Netmums, I know Mumsnet, of course ❤and Just looked at MadeforMums - not a patch on here!!!!

But I don't know where else you are looking. Can you not just say for Gods sake? Mumsnet are not going to slap your wrists for mentioning another site you know!

They are well aware of them and have nothing to fear from them - so go ahead and say which site is good (there is room for everyone on the www).

Put me out of my misery.
