My good news is that I've got a really nice new dress from Fat Face that I'm wearing out for a family meal tonight.
It's the small things!!

It's Saturday morning so I will shortly get a few hours to myself while DS naps and DP watches him. Audiobooks, walk and coffee

After being in self isolation I get to go out today and it's the best feeling!

Its Saturday, I have the weekend off and I am refusing to leave the house. My kids and I are spending all day in bed gaming.

I managed to get a PlayStation 5 pre order in place just a couple of minutes before they sold out. It arrives in November and I'm really excited for it. I'll have plenty of new games to keep me busy through this winter lockdown so it should just fly over.

@aLilNonnyMouse the PS5 looks incredible. My DH managed to get one pre-ordered too.

I decided tomorrow morning I’m getting up taking the kids to the sea side!

We have sat inside for months and months and I want one day....so I’m having it! I want to enjoy the last few days of sunshine. We all need it.

Oh OP I feel your pain. I hit rock bottom with it all yesterday and spent half of the day in tears. My good news is that it's no longer yesterday

My good news: I have a 3 day weekend which is unusual and very welcome. It's sunny! I managed to get a health appointment which I need for Monday and I'm pleased about that. My 2 DS went to Uni recently and seem to be enjoying it so far - relief and also feel proud. I can see squirrels chasing each other through the oak trees and it's making me laugh.

My friend’s bringing me some extra lasagne she made! Home delivery!

Should add I’m confident enough that we can social distance, the beach I’ve chosen is very quiet, (a friend lives nearly by and said it’s been very slow) and will set ourselves away from anyone! Will take our camping toilet so we don’t have to use any facilities and set it up inside the beach shelter. Will also take our own picnic

Having a really lovely lunch at home later and my mum is finally coming over...and I did ALL the food prep yesterday.

I'm back to work on Monday after 6 months on furlough... Can't bloody wait! And ds is making me laugh today

I've had a completely rough week too (and had a little cry this morning when heard about Ruth Bader Ginsburg), but my good news is: we were waiting on my DF's biopsy results to see if he has cancer. And found out last night he doesn't. So the best news.
And today I'm seeing a friend for a socially distant coffee that I haven't seen since December, and I bought some foxes crunch creams to go with out coffee....

Today is the last day of my ration challenge, I've raised £1300 pounds for a refugee charity and tomorrow I can food again. I've going to have a cooked breakfast.

I finished C25K on Thursday, even ran longer to get to actual 5k. Third time trying to finish the programme. And now I actually enjoy running!
