Weird neighbour

He's painted his drive swimming pool blue !!! It clashes with his recently painted garage door (which is actually a really nice shade of sage green). He sanded the paving slabs before he painted those as well. I see it as soon as I get out of bed in a morning and I can see the blue if I'm stood in my kitchen. It's hideous. He's a laughing stock. Everyone walking past are talking about it.

I must be tired - I was thinking he had a swimming pool on his drive, as opposed to his indoor swimming pool or outdoor swimming pool, this was his drive swimming pool. I'll get my coat.

My neighbours have recently painted the steps and garden path to the house black.. it looks fucking awful and this doesn’t sound any better!

Maybe it will be the start of a new trend? You know how some streets have lots of coloured painted houses? Yours could be the street of the coloured drives.

That is almost as weird as the people asking how OP knows he is the laughing stock! It sounds bloody awful! I would laugh if i were walking by and weep if it were my neighbour. I hope that OP is not hoping to sell her house soon.
