Every time you refresh the page you’re presented with a picture of a person. But none of the people are real. The thought of the manipulation and repercussions are mind-boggling to me. It makes me really uncomfortable.

I remember reading an article years ago about a man that lots of people dream of, he doesn't exist but is an average amalgamation of faces so the same man seems to appear in different peoples dreams. This website reminds me of that, very creepy.

The people aren’t real - they don’t exist. They’re all computer generated.

I refreshed a few times but I still don't get it.

Imagine if one of the images bore a very striking resemblance to someone you knew - or even yourself. Now that would be weird.

Rethink it. "This person does not exist" is a freaky way to describe it.

Because they’re made by a computer. They may look like a lot of people but they don’t physically exist.

Do they look real though? There's a real dead behind the eyes thing going on, and also look at the sides or around the faces. The guy who appears to be stuffing 8 fingers in his chin is interesting...

I am a writer and we use this for some pen names. I love the site. Sometimes it comes out all wrong, so it brings a lot of entertainment. Genius.
