Every time you refresh the page you’re presented with a picture of a person. But none of the people are real. The thought of the manipulation and repercussions are mind-boggling to me. It makes me really uncomfortable.

Sorry. I’m missing any deep or disturbing connotation or meaning to this...it just seems pointless to me.

Rethink it. "This person does not exist" is a freaky way to describe it.

I don’t really find it creepy. It’s not that different to someone drawing a picture of someone who doesn’t actually exist.

Yes, they seem to be lacking something. Unless that's my projecting, knowing that they aren't real. But the faces do seem to be lacking a certain depth.

@SnowWhitesRestingBitchFace @britespark1 - they look like scenes from The Thing where they killed it mid change.

What would be VERY interesting is to flash up hundreds of AI images like that alongside hundreds of real images and do an experiment to see if people could tell which were real.

It’s a bit creepy knowing they look so real but aren’t, but not as creepy as those Victorian photos of people looking at the camera then you realise they are dead

Some of them are next to other people that are all distorted and strange, is that the app thats done that do those weird ones exist or not?
