AIBU to ask how often you change bedsheets?

I have a friend who does it every other day! This seems wayyyyy too much for me, once a week is the maximum as far as I'm concerned (unless it's children's sheets and there's been accidents obviously) and more frequently it ends up being once a fortnight Blush

So people of mumsnet, how long do you leave it?

When the mood takes me. But now my dog sleeps with me probably more frequently than I used to.

There was a poster on here several years ago who changed her sheets every day. GetOrfMyLand.

Every couple of weeks. Id like weekly but we just don't find the time on top of everything else (doesn't help our tumble drier is crap)

They get changed when they need changing. I don't keep track of how often.

When they need it, probably every 3 weeks.

Years ago I always did it weekly but I don't believe they need it.

Weekly here too. Each to their own of course but every other day would be excessive for me, wouldn’t want to increase my washing that much!

Fortnightly - have plenty of spare bedding, so just wash them, hang them on the line (love the smell of line washed bedding) and then store them in the bedding box.

I have to step away from bedding in stores, they are a magnet for me. Only buy 100% cotton, feel nicer to sleep under.
