To ask how often you shower?

I only shower 3-4 times a week, to be honest. Is that gross? I especially will skip a shower if my hair looks good.

I do, however, change undies every morning.

I know a woman at my dance class who dresses very nice, lots of makeup but absolutely stinks
Would you not assume that she doesn't have time to shower before she gets there or decides there's no point in showering until after she's done?

I shower every night and wash my hair every other night, I would feel dirty if I didn't but everyone is different and if it works for you showering every other day I don't see a problem with that

Shower every morning (which is a full body wash - not certain parts like a PP seems to be suggesting ).

Occasionally shower in the evening too if its particularly hot or if I'm going out

This always gets trotted out on the showering threads, but the fact is you've no idea whether there are people who don't shower every day who you can't smell. By definition, you'd have no way of identifying them. I need to shower daily because I'm at the sweatier end of the spectrum myself, fwiw.

And I think that people who (think they) smell after 12 hours of not bathing need to see a doctor or a shrink.

Utter rubbish. What about all the people who don't stink - you have no idea if they've showered that day or not.

I really fear for some of you if there is some sort of disaster where you can't use your water for a few days - how on earth will you cope??

It sounds like she has time to put make up on. I suppose it is odd she prioritises putting make up on over washing but otherwise I see no issue in showering after a class if it is first thing in a morning.

What nonsense. If someone doesn't smell when you see them, that doesn't mean they 100% had a shower that day.... It just means they don't smell. And also that smelly person may well have showered that very morning....

You have no idea how often someone showers from their smell....

I shower twice a day And wash my hair every evening, used to wash it morning and night. All four of us in this house do the same.

I shower every day and wash my hair every day or I feel gross and itchy, I sometimes shower twice a day if its been really hot and sweaty!

Every morning. I sometimes have a bath on the evening to wind down, but I would still have a shower on the morning. I always shower after the gym/workouts etc partly because I’m sweaty and I bloody stink. I do appreciate I am a sweaty person. If it’s a very hot day I might have a cool shower before bed.

I’m horrified some people don’t shower after the gym/exercising.

In the summer, at least once, often twice a day. In the winter, I don't always shower on non-work days, so it will be 4/5 times a week.

Every morning for just a few minutes. I stay in longer when I wash my hair (twice a week). In hot weather I also have a tepid shower before bed.
