I know a few Japanese people at my company, and their skin is full of spots.
English people have much better skin in my opinion, and the French even better - no spots when I travel there.
Also, French people are not dirty. I find the old stereotype of the French being dirty and not showering enough to be utter nonsense.

I'll see the few Japanese people you know and raise you the many hundreds I've met since moving to Japan, some of whom have spots, but many of whom have excellent skin.
I didn't say anything about French people being dirty. Unless you were quoting someone, you brought the French into the discussion as far as I can tell.
You've conveniently ignored the points about life expectancy and being slim. I couldn't find rates for just overweight but the obesity level for France is much higher than Japan, and life expectancy is lower too.
What point we're you trying to make by bringing France into it?
"If you showering everyday should be the norm, then why is our life expectancy much lower than the the non showering French?"
The source I checked had the UK at about 18 months lower, so a bit of a reach to call it much lower. But some other factors might be diet, lifestyle, stress levels, quality of medical care, demographics and immigration off the top of my head.
