To ask how often you shower?

I only shower 3-4 times a week, to be honest. Is that gross? I especially will skip a shower if my hair looks good.

I do, however, change undies every morning.

Even if not sweaty, I find people often have a musty smell if not showering every day. You might be able to smell it yourself, but it's there...

Ermm, I’d say mostly every day but I do sometimes skip a day if I’m tired or can’t be arsed.

Daily. Like a PP I feel itchy and just not very 'fresh' if I don't. I usually prefer mine in the evenings though so I'll have one just before bed most of the time.

Never, as I don't have a shower I'm my house. I have a bath every other day and wash in between.

Daily - I just don't feel awake otherwise.

I think 3-4 times a week is fine. My husband has a bath and a shower everyday. it honestly drives me mad.

I don't sweat much even in this heat. I just smell like outside. I rarely sweat except on my face which I wash twice a day.

My partner smells even when he gets out of the shower. I fine it repulsive so I buy lots of deodorant for him always. It's very strange to see him smell right after a shower.

Every other day. You’re fine op. Everyone is different and some people need to shower every day so can’t imagine not doing it.

Ah I thought so People with dry flaky earwax don’t get body odour as they don’t have the same kind of sebum as gunky earwax people, which reacts with bacteria that causes smells.

If you dislike someone's natural smell, you aren't with the right man.

I have a bath every evening and shower some mornings, my DH also showers daily. We don't share a bed but I couldn't imagine getting into bed with someone who hadn't showered/bathed before bed.

That is v. Interesting. My partner says I always smell good, even after yoga. Or running around outside. He smells no matter what- I feel bad for him. He's become self conscious after meeting me.

In between if particularly hot or sweaty.

At least daily. I just don't feel right without a morning shower.

Before I had my son I'd have a shower in the morning and then a bath as soon as I came home from work. I miss those days.

I've found flakey earwax annoying as I can feel it and have to go to a doc to get it out. It's dry and flakey.

Once a week whether I need it or not

I shower twice daily.

AM - so I’m fresh for the day (usually I work/go out daily)
PM - so I wash off all the “outdoor germs” before getting into bed

Obv extra showers after gym, sex, this heat etc.

Also I have a skincare routine (inc body products) so it just works well applying straight after a shower
