What height do you consider to be tall?

For both, a woman and a man...

Woman 5ft 7 and up. I’m 5 7 and taller than most women I know
Men about 6ft and up

Women over 5ft 8. Men over 6ft 2

5 9 and above for a woman (that's my height, so if you're the same height or taller than me I'd say you were tall)

6' is tall for a man I'd say.

What do you think?

I'm 5ft 7 and felt tall in my salad days but the young women of today seem to tower above me.

See I'm 5'9 and don't feel tall. Ok I'm taller than some people but in most scenarios I'm not the tallest person so don't feel tall if that makes sense.

I think of women 5'10 and above and men 6ft and above as tall

Man here - I am 6' 4" but actually claimed to be 6' 2" on OLD as I was getting filtered out as too tall.

Men 6’4” and over, I’m just over 6 foot, so I don’t see men as my height as tall as such

Women, 5ft 9 upwards. Men, 6ft upwards.

I’m 5ft11 and my husband is 6ft4, definitely consider both of us to be v tall.

My 18yr old DD and all her friends seem to be nearing 6ft

For a man 6ft and up. For a woman, well I’m 5ft 9 and see myself as average height although people call me tall. I’d say taller than me is tall so 5ft 10/11 and up?

Only 25% of women are 5’6” or taller.

I’m 5’7” which I didn’t think was short but, now everyone in the house is taller than me (even the dogs when they’re on their hind legs 😀) and I get patted on the head often, I feel really diddy.

I'm 5'10 and it's quite rare to meet another woman I can look directly in the eyes.

I'm almost 5'4" and my partner is 6'4"

I feel like most of the women I know range from 5' to 5'7", and I don't know that many who are taller than that. Don't know many men over 6'.

5’9 for a woman I guess & over 6’2 for a man - I’m under 5’2 so used to most people being taller than me but that doesn’t make them particularly tall!
