Have just been watching the PE with him after being recommended it and maybe he’s having an off day but oh my, AIBU to ask if he seems so moany and whiny, not to mention he seems so out of breath. I’ve not seen him before - is this usual for him? I found the exercises ok so would watch again if this was just an off day

I've completed his 90 plan to get myself fitter for my wedding last year. I was never overweight but wanted to tone up. I can say its the best plan I have done out of ALOT of PT sessions. I lost an overall body 18 inches but my weigh remained at 8 stone 4. My clothes were better, my wedding dress was altered 3 sizes smaller before my big day. Its a lifestyle change, what hes doing for the county and support to the NHS is inspiring. Some people may find him annoying but he has built a great business and always makes time for his family. Who can blame the man if he's a bit out of breath? Even repeating the 90 day plan, I'm still out of breath.
