I know super personal but just out of interest.

I’m 5,4 and 13.5 stone- size 14 ish. I’ve just had a baby so losing weight slowly, aiming for 11stone. Which would be the higher end of my bmi, however I feel like I’m too thin and it’s not sustainable any lower even though I’m short..

There's been quite a few of these threads already, perhaps have a search?

5'4, 8.5 stone, size 12. I am a freak of nature. I see pictures of 10 stone women who have amazing size 10 figures where I am a ball on cotton thread legs.

marbler · 23/02/2020 16:57

I'm 5'10, 10.4 stone and size 10!

Chops2017 · 23/02/2020 16:57

I'm on another thread but thought I'd reply too, congratulations on your baby op!! I'm 5ft 3 and I weigh 12 stone 1 lbs and I'm really unhappy with how I look, I don't know what dress size I am because I'm too worried to find out so wear old maternity clothes ( my baby is over 2 years now !! )
I carry the weight all over but mainly my belly which people ask am I pregnant!! I'm going to try and lose a few pounds this week but can see myself being in the same weight next week if not more!! Xx

historyrocks · 23/02/2020 16:58

5 ft 6, 11stone and size 14. I would like to get back down to the 9st 6lbs that I was 5 years ago. I've found that it's harder to keep the weight off since I turned 40.

Chops2017 · 23/02/2020 16:58

No need for any bitchy comments on this thread!! Ignore them op xx

Kirksutherland · 23/02/2020 16:59

5'3, 10 stone and size 10 on top, 12 on bottom. Bmi is 25 so I'm overweight

WickedlyPetite · 23/02/2020 16:59

5ft 2, 8 stone, size 8.

AlwaysOnAbloodyDiet · 23/02/2020 17:00

5feet 3inches
9 stone
Size 8 or 10. Small or medium. Depends on the store

TopOfTheGherkin · 23/02/2020 17:00

5’11, 12 stone, size 14.
If I lose 3 or 4 lbs I’ll get into a 12.

Highlighta · 23/02/2020 17:00

Why are you aiming for 11 stone when you think 13.5 is too low for you?

I get that it is all about how you feel.

Not sure if it's relevant but I'm 5.6, 50lgs and size 8 (brand dependant of course)

Teacaketotty · 23/02/2020 17:00

It’s funny how everyone’s ideal weight is so personal to them, but just to clarify I don’t think I’m too thin now lol I mean previously I’ve been less than 11 stone and felt I was happy at that.

I don’t have psychological issues either Hmm

Thanks all xx

5ft 4inches, 9 stone, size 8-10

milkysmum · 23/02/2020 17:03

I'm 5ft 7inch, 9st, size 8-10.
I'd be more comfortable with a few pounds off I'll be honest.

MissingLinker · 23/02/2020 17:04

5'4", 10.5 stone. Dress size generally 10 but does vary. Comparably large chest so that sometimes pushes size up to 12.

PrincessHoneysuckle · 23/02/2020 17:04

But I’m certain dress sizes are getting bigger - I used to fit a size 8 at the same weight, even slightly lower. Now a dress in a size 8 is like a sack on me. Hmm

Happygirl79 · 23/02/2020 17:05

5'4" 10st.7lbs size 12/14
Feel overweight and really must tackle it. My BMI is 25.5 which has tipped from OK to overweight
As the weather improves I will be out walking more but it is just to cold at the moment as I am a cissy

Notimeforaname · 23/02/2020 17:06
