To ask your height, weight and dress size?!

I know super personal but just out of interest.

I’m 5,4 and 13.5 stone- size 14 ish. I’ve just had a baby so losing weight slowly, aiming for 11stone. Which would be the higher end of my bmi, however I feel like I’m too thin and it’s not sustainable any lower even though I’m short..

6ft, 10st5, size 10 on top, 12 on the bottom.

I’d look significantly better at 9.5 stone.

5'5, just under 9 stone, size 8-10.

I'm flabby with a big belly and lots of wobbly bits, don't do enough exercise and eat too much.

Weight and size is not an indicator of health!

I'm 53 (if that's relevant) and am as follows:

Height: 1.70m (5'7")
Weight 56kg (8st 12lb)
Clothes size: 8 (bottom)/10 (top) for designer stuff; 6 (bottom)/8 top (high street)

Stopped weighing myself a while ago when I was at 13.5 st It won't be any less!!
Lowest I've ever been as an adult was 11.5st
Would love to be that again but my belly is just too big and I eat when I'm bored.

5ft2 11 stone size 8-10. Down from nearly 15 stone (size 16-18). I think I may have a lot of muscle though only way I can explain. No one believes me when I say my weight 🤷🏼‍♀️

@timetogetmeback that's my point exactly - we all weigh differently IME. A poster earlier wondered why people bigger than her were the same dress size - I imagine it's the same thing. Which is why I find BMI a really odd way of determining someone's health (although I know it's only a guideline, and comes with caveats about muscle etc).

Perhaps I am just very unmuscley.......

I think most of us know what weight suits us, and should go by feeling comfortable rather than getting hung up on weight. I definitely need to lose a few inches and tone up a load of flab....

I'm 5 feet 4 inches.
I weigh 8 stone 7 pounds. And I'm a size 8-10.

Size 6–8/XS–S depending on the shop and item

Heavy hips, v small chest and long lanky limbs (finding sleeves and trousers long enough is a nightmare unless I wear things two sizes too big!)

BMI-wise I'm underweight, but I eat heartily and am fairly strong and fit thanks to zumba, yoga and walking. I think BMI is a very blunt instrument.

Well I've gained quite a bit of weight in a year due to anxiety, medication and not leaving the house for weeks on end. 5ft6 13stone and apple shaped, I'm size 18

I’m 5 foot 7 and weigh 11 stone 6 just now. Currently wear a size 12/14. Would like to get to 9 stone.

It also amazes me how different everyone is - to be a size 14 when you’re only 5ft 4” & 13.5 stone seems incredible! I’m just under 5ft 3” & when I weighed 13 stone, I was nearly in a size 20!
Now I’m around 11 stone & a size 16 - 18

5'6" , 9stone 4 size 10/12 depending where I shop !!! Was 5st 6 heavier 18 months ago it's been a journey to get to where I am now but feeling so much better for it .

5'5", 10 stone, size depends what I'm wearing, jeans I'm an 8, dresses sometimes and 8, sometimes a 10, same goes for tops.

Was always around 8 stone but then 40s came along and now I'm mid forties I actually look much better with a bit of meat on me! My ideal weight is 9 stone 5lbs, that's when my face / arse ratio is on point
