I know super personal but just out of interest.

I’m 5,4 and 13.5 stone- size 14 ish. I’ve just had a baby so losing weight slowly, aiming for 11stone. Which would be the higher end of my bmi, however I feel like I’m too thin and it’s not sustainable any lower even though I’m short..

Height: 5'6, Weight: 12st 3lb and size 12-14, Bmi = 26 so overweight.
I'm starting calorie counting from tomorrow and hope to lose about 2 stone in 4 months :)

MagicMojito · 23/02/2020 17:10

@peanutbutterandfluff Shock that's amazing

NoWordForFluffy · 23/02/2020 17:10

5'11", about 11 stone-ish, size 10-12, depending on what I'm wearing.

Silversun83 · 23/02/2020 17:12

5'4, about 8 stone 2 and a size 8-10.

Siameasy · 23/02/2020 17:12

I’m 5’4” like you and I’m 9.8 at the moment which I’m really happy with. I’d say I was an 8-10 in most shops.
Over the summer I went down to just to under 9st and I looked too thin, especially in the face as I’m in my mid 40s.
I’m an apple shape! I’d happily carry extra fat if my body would oblige and carry it on the boobs/bottom/hips/thighs rather than just round the belly.

RightestPersonOnMN · 23/02/2020 17:12

5’7”
9st 13lbs
size 12

Purplecatshopaholic · 23/02/2020 17:13

5’ 6”, 8st 7lbs, a small size 8. I have been bigger and I don’t like it, or suit it!

megletthesecond · 23/02/2020 17:16

5' 6" 8st 3 and a size 10 in h&m and Primark. Size 8 if it's m&s.

DrinkSangriaInThePark · 23/02/2020 17:16

5' 7" and 12 stone. Size 14 but pushing it right now... I'm usually about 11st 7 and a very comfortable size 14. Getting back to that over next few weeks!

TheyDoDoThat · 23/02/2020 17:16

Numbers are funny. I remember getting the pill as a teen and being weighed and being 11stone at 5foot 9 well within healthy BMI. I broke down and the nurse was like you are fine. ‘Fine’ as a teen obviously meant heffer. Which triggered an eating disorder lasting well into adult life.

I remember seeing a post ‘I wish I was as thin as I was when I first thought I was fat’
This is very true.

OP only posters reasonably happy with their size are going to respond. You won't get any answers here.

TheNextCaroleMiddleton · 23/02/2020 17:18

5’7” 10st 10lbs size 12, exactly a year ago I was 2st heavier but no more than a size 14, at 43 yrs, with a 5&3 yr old and peri-menopausal I thought I should do something to get my BMI healthy. Not skinny and not fat, I think many are lighter than me at a size 12 but I must carry it fairly evenly...

MrsExpo · 23/02/2020 17:20

I'm 5'7", weight 9st 4lbs and am a size 10 - sometimes an 8 - depends on what it is.

ProfessorRadcliffeEmerson · 23/02/2020 17:23

5’2”, 8 st 7, size 8. I’m an exaggerated hour glass so find it really hard to get clothes to fit. My ideal weight is 8 st, I’m on the heavy side for me just now.

PickAChew · 23/02/2020 17:23

5'4, 10st3 and size 14. Absolutely not too thin. I'm at the top end of healthy bmi.

OP only posters reasonably happy with their size are going to respond..

Apart from the ones that have posted and are obviously not happy with their weight, of course.

sherea · 23/02/2020 17:26

5ft4 16stone12 as of last week, was 20stone2 4 months ago. No idea what dress size but I'm doing well losing the weight.

EyeDrops · 23/02/2020 17:27

5'3, between 9.5-10st, size 10.

I very rarely weigh myself, as those numbers can mean such different things depending on body shape etc. I could do with losing a little, but toning up would do better than losing weight, as I can just look unhealthy - thin but with a flabby belly! I'm fairly happy for now though. Baby 2 has just turned one.

wailedAndNearlyLevitated · 23/02/2020 17:27

Hmm. I’m 5,4 and at 13.5stone I was a size 18, so interesting how we could be two whole sizes different at exactly the same height and weight! Am currently 12.4 and a 16, but aiming for 9.5-stone which would be in the healthy zone for our height. Slowly slowly catchy monkey

roarfeckingroar · 23/02/2020 17:29

5"4
9 stone
Size 6 bottom, 8 top, 30Es (relevant to explain why I'm heavy with this dress size)

I eat like a hog but run / hot yoga / weights

5'7" 9 stone Size 8-10 If I stop working out and eating healthily, I go up to 10 stone (every Xmas lol)

hopefulhalf · 23/02/2020 17:33

5'5" 9st 3
Comfortable 10, have a few 8s but tend to be a bit tight.
Waist is 27in

speakout · 23/02/2020 17:33

I haven't weighed myself for 15 years, so no idea about my weight.

I am 5'6, size 10. Jeans that fitted me 15 years ago still fit me.
