As for Amdrew - I'm not sure what he's done wrong. The FBI aren't interested. A girl clams he had sex with her. She was over the age of consent at the time. So even if he did (which I doubt) it was perfectly legal.

He had some very dodgy friends but most aristocrats do. Doesn't make him a sex offender.
