The president of the United States is threatening to commit war crimes on Twitter. What a world.

^ This. Spitting Image would struggle to find it's place as an instrument of parody if it were to be made today, the politicians are already doing it for them.

Hasn't there always been the threat of war under lots of presidents? I don't know if having a president who is willing to stand up for his country and will do whatever it takes may deter these people from starting real beef with America? No one really knows

@RhinoskinhaveI I don't believe that US Government officials would be so loose lipped as to sit and discuss this with the sort of people who would be so loose and easy with this info that it would end up posted by some random on MN. Sorry, but I just don't. And even if it is genuine, it just means that America and the world has bigger things to worry about than Trump ie the easy oozy spilling of government intelligence information.

Some random on MN
Well gee thanks very much 😳😕

@Hefzi the piece Mokapot quoted was written by the anti-capitalist "researcher" Donald Monaco, linked here: www.globalresearch.ca/american-terrorism/5699599

Possibly one of his more ridiculous asaertions is that the war on terror has deliberately been waged "to create ethnically, tribally, or religiously fragmented countries ..." Sadly, the point that many countries have been in this situation for centuries, irrespective of outside interference, appears to have passed him by

Thanks so much, @Puzzledandpissedoff - I suspected something along those lines. No agenda there, no siree Grin. Thanks for the link - it might just come in handy for teaching, actually!
