They're stretchy and comfortable, not because they're "sexy"?

Well I don't look sexy in leggings! I've never worn them for that reason. I wear them with a long top because the combination covers my lumps and bumps and still gives extra room for a big meal.

I wear them because they are comfy and a pair of black leggings matches most things so I feel comfortable and look tidy. I have never thought I looked at all 'sexy'.

I love leggings for this reason alsojeansdontfitsomceihadlo but I like them and the fabric and there's lots of different types even "sexy" ones.

I wear them because it looks ok for work and i can wear a nice dress with them that would otherwise be too short.

I don’t really wear anything because it’s ‘sexy’, least of all leggings. Comfort is my no1 priority - which I’ll temper a bit for a formal occasion. Fuck what anyone looking at me thinks.

It seems to me only people who are self conscious of their legs wear leggings as an addition to an outfit- e.g. under a skirt.

I sometimes wear support leggings (which are basically overgrown Spanx) when my arthritic knees are playing up. They really help.

Definitely a comfort thing here, I actually don't really think they're flattering... But I'm pretty much living in them with oversized teeshirts at the moment because nothing else fits as my due date creeps closer and I resent buying more clothing that will be worn for only a couple of months 🙄

Apparently because they cling to our bodies we might as well be naked with leggings on. How can that not be deemed sexy? Every woman knows this who puts leggings on surely?

I like my dress/ legging combo and whilst it is amazingly comfy I do feel sexy too. Does anyone really just sit around the house in a pair of jeans??

Comfy all the way! And just generally easy. I have accumulated a lot of tops which cover my bum to wear with them.

I feel great in leggings and more body confident, but that's not the same as sexy.

I wear them because I'm constantly doing household chores and its so much easier to move round house doing cleaning/laundry/tidying in leggings.

I wear them in winter under dresses because they're warmer than tights and I can wear chunky socks under my boots.

I wear them to exercise because they are stretchy and comfortable and practical. DH thinks I look nice in them, but he's a bit biased. I definitely don't have sexiness uppermost in my mind when I put them on, anyway.
