I've always been skinny / slim but after 2 kids I've suddenly realised I'm not any more following a run in with the scales at the doctors surgery

I think I have a rare form of body dismorphia where I think I'm skinnier than I am
. No idea what size etc I am now. I'm 5ft 8 and 11st 4lb. I have previously always been around the 9.5 stone mark.
Finding it difficult to lose the baby weight after #2 as there is NO TIME! Any tips?
