Caught speeding again... 3rd time

Hello,
I am stupid. I got caught speeding on motorway which went down to 30mph for works in September. I am allowed to do driver improvement course. I have been caught by a van one month LATER. Yesterday I was on motorway again and I'm sure for a second I was driving at 33mph. I'm so ill and worried. I've been driving 18 years and never been been caught speeding.
I need my car for work, does anyone know if I could admit the third driving offence and pleas guilty but ask for a warning not the points?

I'd have thought you'd have to work quite hard at breaking the speed limit on the managed sections, when they're set - the only way I could do it is to weave in and out while wondering why everyone else was happy to sit in a queue

Like the A456 in Brum now - it's practically impossible to speed during the day as 80% of the cars are sticking to the speed limit (average speed cameras all the way) so you really have to lump it.

Only yesterday I took DW to an appointment and went through a 20mph zone. There were a couple of cars behind me, quite happy at 20, and the car behind them was clearly itching to roar past (you know when you see them bobbing out every second in your mirror) but simply couldn't get past. No bad thing really.
