How often do u shower/bath

My DP showers everyday, I aim to shower/bath everyday but being a pregnant, working mum of two I skip the odd day through bloody exhaustion..
I was inspired by another thread about how often people wash there hair and it got me thinking..
So how often do u wash?..

I shower every morning without fail, regardless of how early that means getting up. I feel gross leaving the house without showering (and washing my hair). I often have two showers a day (first thing then another after the gym).

Shower every morning, and then every other evening when I wash my hair (as I can't be bothered to wake up earlier in the morning to wash and blow dry before work!)

Shower every morning. Without fail. If I wasnt to wake in time.. I'd. Simply be late.. No way would I leave without shower.

Every morning and also about 3 evenings a week when I feel like a soak in the bath.

Pregnant working mum of 3 here. I bath Every other day with a sink wash every morning.

The older dc (teens) shower every day and I bath the toddler alternate nights to me (unless it’s been one of those days then he gets and extra bath)

I have a quick shower every morning.
It's a lot quicker than a sink wash doing your bits and pits.
Hair washing varies.
It doesn't feel like I have started my day if I don't shower and have a coffee. When the dc's were younger, ex would sort their breakfasts out whilst I went in.

Every other day. I wash my hair then too. I also tend not to wash my face or intimate areas with soap (unless I get something sticky all over my face that needs soap to remove). I wash my hands many times a day with soap and warm water though! Not a complete grotbag :)

Every other day - unless if I've exercised then I also rinse off after exercise (but not hair) I'm always a lone voice on these threads though. I'm not sweaty at all though - again, if it's been a hot sweaty heatwave I probably shower every day.

Last did on sautrday - morning and evening. I might do tonight haven't decided yet. Will deffo before work on Wednesday

Shower everyday (at 4am every other week ☹️) bath couple of times a week.

Bath when I wash my hair (3-4 times a week) and sink wash every morning.

At least once a day.

But very soon there will be lots of people on this thread saying that they and their children only wash twice a week and they don’t smell. Sadly they are wrong.

Everyday but usually evening, I’m not a morning shower person. Wash hair about every three days.

I shower and wash my hair 7 days a week. The odd day I miss but I'm breastfeeding and worry that I stink of milk or baby sick

Every other day usually. Although less often when I'm ill. So last week I went sunday-saturday without showering and tbhthis week is looking the same.

Shower once a day (evening), very quick strip wash of pits & bits & face every morning.. wash hair... erm, once a week in my defence it's reallllyyyy long so takes forever to wash blowdry & straighten, it looks shiney & clean for 3 days when it's worn down then after that I tie it in a nice bun finished with hairspray so it never 'looks' dirty...

Twice a day and have a weekly blowdry .

I shower and wash my hair every morning and bath every ev with the baby. I feel gross if I haven’t showered in the morning. I know I shouldn’t wash my hair every day but it’s a habit I cannot break!

Bath every other day here. If I had a proper shower it might be daily but we just have a shower attachment on our bath taps which isn’t really long enough so it isn’t particularly pleasant.
