I see that other posters have mentioned that outside Greenpeace other wildlife organisations are advocating sustainable palm oil. If it hasn't been linked already, here are a list of brands that use sustainable palm oil: www.actforwildlife.org.uk/get-involved/take-conservation-action/take-the-sustainable-palm-oil-challenge/shopping-list/

A quick Google also shows that the WWF have done studies into which companies are good at buying in products that use sustainable palm oil. I could only find 2016 but back then m&s and boots ranked highly and on the whole it seemed positive about UK companies.

'Sustainable' manufacturers are not monitored closely.
Cadbury is on that list. Thier parent company is responsible for mass deforestation in palm oil production. The lowest 'setting' for 'sustsinable palm oil' might as well not exist as it doesnt mean squat.

Bet most of the others on that list ate the same.

Oh I am sure the sustainability measure is not perfect either (and personally I a kid Cadbury and Mondelez) but when palm oil is so pervasive that it is difficult to avoid it is useful to know that there are options to research. And a quick Google does show that as with most environmental issues it is not quite as simple as ban all palm oil as the alternatives could cause other issues.

(Not that I claim to know all the ins and outs but I think it is something I would like to read about more!)
