To strip the bed straight after sex?

What do you do? Was late last night, enjoying some fun in bed, but then the practical side of me took over. I was so conscious of the huge wet patch and then starting thinking about all the washing that needed doing without the thought of the bed sheets the fun had passed for me.
Usually we'd put a towel over the patch but it was sopping, so I stripped the sheet off. Is that really bad? Does it ruin the moment?
What do you do to avoid this situation?

Here's one from cosmo, don't click if offended, but sure it's ok in a grown up mag.

My DP does the gentlemanly thing and lobs a loo roll at me!

I thought it was just a load more vaginal secretions, so if your already really wet down there, it’s like a sudden gush. mine usually with anything to do with the Gspot

@DrivingJustDriving to some extent yes, especially with intercourse as if I move in a certain way it's pretty much guaranteed.
My partner has learned what buttons to push now though at which point I can't stop it unless I tell him to stop.... which is never 😆

You Cosmo except doesn't mention oral,it only talks of penetration, refer to the new scientist experiment data further back ^
Pp and I already said about non-penetrative and oral

Ninja roll shuffle knock knee'd to the bathroom with my hand between my legs making odd farting type noises...
It's very romantic
