I eat awfully lately , little variety , too much beige and an inability to stop at a couple of biscuits. I’m trying to get more variety again as I’m stuck in a rut so please inspire me with what you have eaten today or what you will eat for those that eat dinner/tea later in the evening.

Breakfast - espresso, 3 scoops berry Huel
Lunch - the burrito I logged yesterday but forgot to eat
Supper - another black bean burrito with salsa

A Toblerone, a packet of crisps, a tuna mayo sarnie and a veg tikka masala with a garlic naan. Oh, and some old varieties of English apples that I picked up yesterday from a National Trust orchard (I didn't pinch them; they'd fallen off the trees and I asked if I could pick them up.)

I think I'll go to the shop for pancakes, bacon and maple syrup when I can be bothered getting dressed. Or maybe a poached egg? Dinner will be lentil and ham soup I think.

B: 2 x cups of tea, 2 x satsumas, a large piece of bread & butter and a chocolate digestive
L: leftover chicken bean & veg casserole with cabbage
D: cauliflower cheese and potato wedges

Snacks: don’t know... I’m considering making a beetroot cake with beetroot I just picked up at local market later, so maybe some of that, or else some more fruit. I’ve also just made parsnip and celeriac soup as I had some sad looking parsnips left in my fridge. Waste not want not and all that.

Small bowl of museli for breakfast and a coffee.
One cup of coffee and one of tea at work.
Apple and a satsuma for lunch.
Just been for a run so planning HFW’s Veg Everyday squash stuffed with leek for dinner. And maybe a g&slimlinet as it’s the end of the working week for me!

I’m changing mine! I weirdly feel compelled to inform the thread of all menu changes... Confused.

B: 2 x cups of tea, 2 x satsumas, a large piece of bread & butter and a chocolate digestive
L: celeriac and parsnip soup and the fruit purée I lovingly made for ds, which he roundly rejected.
D: cauliflower steaks, wedges & peppercorn sauce with salad

Snacks: tea, tea, tea Brew.

B- toast with jam & coffee

L- Thai red curry with steamed greens. Orange jelly

D- is going to be home made pizza, will have 1/2 a cheese one and 1/2 a mushroom, pepper and chilli one. Couple of glasses of wine

Snacks, none and I will keep it that way!

B: slice of 50/50 with a scrape of olive spread and marmite, and a banana and yogurt.

L: a wholewheat thin with a scrape of olive spread, 3 rashers of grilled bacon and a touch of ketchup. A packet of slimming veg crisps (ASDA).

Pm snack: a packet of Aldi monster claws and a packet of cheese puffs.

D: 100g of chicken breast, spinach, quinoa and brown rice mix,

Evening snack: Aldi popcorn, ASDA veg crisps (still to eat these later!)

I am on a calorie controlled diet and am still going to be in my calorie allowance with the snacks.

Salmon pate with oatcakes and cornish wafers plus cucumer.

Frys chocolate cream.

Toast, scrambled eggs and grilled bacon.

Breakfast - slice of toast & butter, banana.

Lunch - panini with sweet chilli chicken

Dinner - having lasagne & garlic bread

In between I had a couple of handfuls of malteasers

Crap food day today as no time with work, had a protein shake and some go ahead biscuits! I'm bloody starving and know I'll end up eating crap tonight now. I am a stone over the weight I have been my whole adult life and totally sick of it but can't seem to sort it. I want to shift half a stone in the next 3 weeks and maintain that till Xmas then go crazy in Jan and shift it all.

6 seafood sticks.

The tiniest bit of cheese (Davidstow, couldn't resist).

Not very hungry but slightly peckish so might have a boiled egg.

I went out for lunch.
Chicken cacciatore with potatoes and salad and large glass of white.
I'm not hungry so that's it.
It was a huge portion though.

L whole meal pitta with ham and salad, grapes
D rare mid week meal out - gourmet chicken burger with chips and onion rings then brownie and ice cream, 3 glasses of wine

B - 3 scrambled eggs cooked with butter
L - big tub of tuna salad (tuna, lettuce spinach, tomato, cucumber and mayo)
D - roasted chicken thighs and roast broccoli

It's been a yummy day. The chicken was marinated and the skin was all crispy mmm

2 bacon medallions, mushrooms, scrambled egg and toast for breakfast.

Slice of goats cheese and caramelised onion quiche, salad and boiled egg for lunch.

Pizza for tea. Plus I’ve eaten 3 biscuits, some grapes, a banana and a yoghurt.

Way too much really!
